I love this place! The lady’s are so sweet and do a great job. I always feel so welcome when I come in. I almost always get French tips on my toes and fingers and they always come out amazing. Highly recommend.

The ladies always pamper you and make you feel special. I drive 23 miles one way to get my nails done there.They do a fantastic job!!!

I took my mother who has dementia and these sweet ladies had her dancing with happy feet! I am so happy with the time they took to make her happy, you don’t get service like that much these days! 🤩

Went on Saturday and my gel polish is already chipping, it’s Monday. I was also given really mean looks upon arrival which was very intimidating and I’m not sure why. Trying to find my forever nail salon and this won’t be it.

I come here whenever I am in Gastonia. To be honest, it’s nothing fancy when you walk in, but I don’t really care about the scenery. Each lady that has done my nails has been very very sweet. I’ve never had to wait as they have several women doing nails. The lady I had yesterday was so very kind and wanted to make sure I liked the color and how my nails were done. They also came around and offered bottles of water which was nice.. not every place does that. I’ve left happy every time I have been.

I wanted acrylic nails ... gel nails were encourage. That was the final result and I am happy with the choice. The folks there are very kind to me. I hadnt had a manicure in a long while. I will definitely enjoy it. I recommend this place and I will be back.

Tom did great work on my nails. After doing a ton of work that damaged my acrylic with lifting and breaking to on of my natural nails (from a different shop) he made them look like new. I was expecting to have to get them removed and do a whole new full set but he made them look like new. He was very engaging and held a full conversation with me.. time passed so quickly. 100% satisfied and I highly recommend!

I’ve been here 3-4 times and I love the ladies not only are they my best friends relatives but they treat me as if I’m there family too! They are super sweet and take their time on all the customers and I love there humor! Will be going back on the regular!

Great service. After going to Beverly Nails 2 weeks ago for my daughters prom I was unsure of trying another place. At Beverly Nails they were so rude. Here at Fantasy Nails they were so so nice. They took time with us and did a fabulous job. Their prices are some of the best around. They arent the fanciest place but that is out weighed with the awesome service. We will be back!!! Gel matte

Begged hubby to go with me for his first pedicure. I’m not a regular either so I took a chance on fantasy because there was no wait and we were close by. It was an awesome experience. We will be back for sure!

The interior is a little outdated. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very friendly and truly care about the quality of their work. The nail tech took his time and focused on doing a precise gel manicure. I will definitely go back to this family run business.

Ok.... this was my first experience with this nail salon and I must say I was very impressed. The establishment is not The most glamorous but it was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very courteous. Customer service is amazing. It did take a little longer than i expected, but for the service I received and the finished result it was worth every minute. I will definitely be returning again. Customer service was A-1!!!!💅❤......

I loved the nails I got there, but my sister, who went with me, got a horrible job. It was by the male. I got mine from the female and it was great, I recommend a matte french tip.

The staff is very nice but I don’t recommend their services. Their work looks like I did it myself and they cut my foot and dug way to fat into my friends toes and they are sore. Be careful. Also needs updating.

Ive been a loyal customer for 14 years now! Even if I havent come by in a year, the wonderful ladies here are always happy to see me! & after asking how I am, they always ask how my mom & grandma are doing & ask to see pictures of my son.

Ive been to this location three times and each time I called, made an appointment on my lunch break so I could be back to work within the hour. First time was okay and I returned for the second time. The man who owns the place did my acrylics. Nothing to rave over, they were a little crooked but hey it happens. I called today around 11:30am lunch and was told they could see me around 1pm as it was pretty busy. No issue, took my lunch break later than usual and went up there. When I arrived there were three people sitting there getting acrylics done and they just started doing them. The lady asked me if I was on my lunch break and I said yes...I made an appointment this morning for 1:00pm, I would need to leave within the hour. Well, 40 minutes later and still sitting there I packed up my stuff and left.I have no need to complain about every little issue I ever had with them but the longer I waited the more upset I was. I try to be as respectful as I would like to be treated but it was downright disappointing to sit there that long without even being waited on. I wont be back.

Arrived today at 5:40, one hour and 20 minutes before closing to be told they didnt have time to fit me in. I understand things happen and staff gets short at times but its the way I was treated as though I wasnt good enough for their services that bothered me. The lady treated me as if I didnt deserve to be in her salon. Went back in about 30 minutes later to get my money back off of a gift card and there were three people waiting. Evidently, they couldnt fit me in but they could the other customers. Ive been to this salon multiple times and am just really disappointed in the way I was treated. It honestly hurt my feelings. I will never step foot in this salon again and I hope the lady who works there never makes another customer feel the way that she made me feel.

Im not a regular customer but on those occasions that I do get my toenails trimmed or pedicures, Ive always gone here. Their work is impeccable and Ive never had a complaint but today after I was told it would be 20 minutes, after an hour, I left. After I arrived, a mom & daughter came in for 2 pedis, 1 mani & 1 set of gel nails so I was bumped for them. I know its business but Im old school and I believe when its a walk-in business, first come, first serve should apply. That said, Ill probably go back. I havent experienced any other salons and unfortunately I can not do my t-nails.

I came here because of the good rating on Google. The bad reviews are much more accurate. I dont understand why its so difficult to find decent salons around here. I got there as soon as they opened because I had things to do that day. I was the first person there for a good 20 minutes. It took them an hour and my nails still hadnt been painted. They waste a lot of time doing a whole lot of nothing moving in slow motion, and Im not being dramatic. Once she finally painted my nails she got gel polish all over my cuticles and let it dry that way. Then got angry with me for asking them to fix it. 2.5 hours later, I made them take it off and I left. She made sure to hurt me while taking the gel off my cuticles too. The ladies are truly incompetent. The other women in the salon were in there for a long time as well. I will not be back, and I recommend no one else waste their entire Saturday in this disgusting salon. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to Nancys Nails and got a mani and pedi in 30 minutes.

WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND CALLED BEFORE. So I called at 6:25pm knowing that they close at 7:30, seeing if it would be okay for me and my little cousin come in and get gel nails(for me) and a full set(for her) if we are here by 7. I was told yes. Walking in the door at 6:53 I was greeted and told to pick a color and sit. My cousin sits down and gets started. A lady comes in at 7:12pm asking if it was too late to get a pedicure, “of course not come sit.” She is finishing up the pedicure and I am still sitting here and have not been seen(8:00pm). I will not recommend this place, be back, nor will I get my nails done here ever. I wasn’t even offered any refreshments while waiting.

I like this nail salon because Ive always went to other salons and theyve forced the tips on me when I really wanted to save my own nails and have them to grow the staff took the time to listen to what I wanted and now my nails are growing very strong and looks fantastic.

Went in at 630 for a full set only to find out the one person who could do acrylics left early. Dont have a full salon with hours if you do not have the staff to cover the services.
