I am so happy a friend referred me to this team. Dr. Rob is so good with kids and made the whole process informative and painless for my son. He prioritized procedures and explained the pros and cons rather than pushing a bunch of potentially unnecessary ones just to make money. Ortho does a great job with accommodating schedule changes and explaining the plan and progress. Office staff is also friendly and good with scheduling. Office is clean and has done a good job with covid safety. Super convenient that ortho will pop in during dental visits to check on previous or potential braces patients. I have loved this office since the day I started taking my kids 7 yrs ago. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Dr. Moran is phenomenal with both my boys. Our insurance pays an average of the all the offices around and we always have a small portion to pay because I guess they bill more than average but I will always pay it because the office and staff are above average themselves. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I would give this place a million stars if I could. The people who work here are extremely good at what they do.My 7 year old son got referred here after an unsuccessful and somewhat traumatic attempt to fill some cavities at another dentist so he was anxious about today’s appointment. Happily, I can say this appointment went smoothly and I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was completed. Most importantly, my son was comfortable during the process and instead of being anxious for his next appointment, he is confident he can handle it.

After our pediatric dentist retired, he recommended Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry. Weve been bringing our child for the past two years & are extremely satisfied. With Covid-19, our son had his bi-annual appointment over the summer & we loved the processes in place to ensure patient health & safety. This was a huge concern for our child, since weve had family & friends both recover and sadly, pass away from Covid-19.Thank you for still continuing to provide excellent service, while practicing public health standards.

We have always had positive experiences with the staff, hygienists and dentists. When our youngest was adopted from another country, he was terrified of the dentist. Dr. Travis was so patient and was able over time to ease my son’s concerns. My son and daughter, who was born with a cleft lip/palate both love going there. We found their Covid policies to be wise and efficient.

My kids (5 &13) LOVE to go see Ms.Johnsie and Dr.Pretzer for their cleanings. My daughter has ADD and SPD making me dread taking her to her first appointments. They have been patient, gentle and encouraging with her. They celebrate the little milestones for her (being able to sit without me, not crying, opening wide). Thank you for being awesome!

I love everything about this practice. I live in Garner, but my grandchildren live in Wilson, NC. I pick up my 3 grandsons from Wilson and bring them to this office. I love the staff and how they will do anything to put the kids at ease. Competent Orthodontists who take the time to explain everything. So lucky to have them in Garner.

My boys have been patients here since they were toddlers. During a recent visit, with COVID happening, the team has safety procedures down to a science. We simply pull up in a parking space and someone comes out to get our kids. I appreciate the approach and how organized it is.

We absolutely love the Garner location and all the dentists there! My son was very nervous when he went there several years ago for the first time. They made him feel at ease and now, he doesn’t mind going at all! He’s excited to show them his clean teeth and let them help him keep them that way! We are so thankful for all of the staff!

My 6yr old had excellent care today by Dr. Travis and his assistant. Scheduling was easy and all of the front desk & check in were kind and helpful.

My kids have been going to Wake Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry since they were 2. I was always scared to go as a child, but my kids dont mind a bit! Dr. Kornstein and everyone there is so nice and patient, especially with my youngest who is very shy and usually uneasy. Now, we have two of mine also getting orthodontic work. Same on that side! Cant wait to see their beautiful smiles once their braces come off!

Everyone here is very friendly and informative on the dental and orthodontist side. They don’t make you feel rushed and the dentist talks to you at every visit. My daughter sees orthodontist Dr. Macon and we love him. He makes sure to talk to the parent and let us know how she is doing and where she is at every visit. All around the staff is just awesome.

Love this place! We’ve moved to another city but still make the drive up to Garner to remain patients here. When my daughter has had to have any procedures done, they do it in house. Parents are allowed to go back with their kids if they choose to. I’ve had literal nightmare experiences with multiple dentist offices and will only go to Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.

We love Wake Ortho!!! My daughter has a wonderful experience every time she visits. She has braces and Dr. Macon and his assistants go above and beyond to educate her about how to care for her braces, making sure she has all the tools to do so as well. She has a favorite hygienist on the dentistry side and Dr. Pretzer has been awesome. We are thankful our daughter is never fearful of going to the dentist, she looks forward to it.

I am hoping the policy will change so we can stay there.

My son has been a patient at Wake for about 6 years. We love Dr. Rob and the hygienists! I can usually get an appointment first thing in the morning and get my son to school before the late bell rings.

I used to go here when I was younger and I had to have braces. I had them on for about 3 years if I remember correctly and had them taken off in 2008; I had to have a permanent retainer put on the back of my bottom 5-6 front teeth aftwerwards..after a while when I was 24..Im 25 now it popped off 1 night while brushing my teeth. I came back up here a few days ago to have them put it back on and I had a great experience..I may have had to wait a little bit, but it honestly wasnt bad. I have a great deal of patience. During my experience I had to have some things done that werent super pleasant, but It didnt hurt one single bit! I have always had a good expierence here and I hope others can too! ..thank you all so much for helping me to gain more confidence in myself! Having braces was a pain at the time but in the long run it really helped me! Thank you!!! 😁

Toda, I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was not very pleasant. My children are patients here and was quite pleased until today..just because of one persons attitude. I currently live approximately an hour fifteen minutes away now and tried to get an appointment during the holiday break and I was told everything was booked and was told that I could come in different hours this week. I dont think she heard Christmas break or that I lived an hour 15 minutes away. Next I asked about MLK day..the answer was no..but once again she gave me the appointment times available this week. I told her no thank you and maybe I should just find some where closer..Her reply was okay, let us know what you decide to do. Not once did she asked me if I wanted her to check the Raleigh office or even suggest I check with them myself...
