Great experience. When I first arrived before I even entered into the building my temperature was taken and was kindly instructed to check in. Front desk was professional. Despite the waiting room being packed I had no long wait and was called back within 5 minutes of me checking in. My dental assistant Sierra was kind, considerate, and very professional. I observed her properly sanitize all equipment before and after making a safe and clean environment for myself and other. Sierra also did a great job with advising me of everything that would take place with my appointment. I was then introduce to Dr Chanel Prince whom I would recommend to any and everyone that is looking for a dentist. Upon entering in the room she first introduced herself and was interested in while I was there today so she can meet all of my needs and answer any concerns that I had, and she did all of that and some. After having a emotional meltdown for me having ongoing dental issues with me teeth with no solution, Dr. Prince and dental assistant Chanel consoled me and reassured me that my dental issues could be fixed by replacing my teeth that I had lost throughout the years. So compassionate and professional! One word for my appointment today is WOW! I must give this place 5 STARS, when going to the Dentist is like this it will certainly remove fear or dread of going. This place is amazing and the staff is outstanding, I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs dental work. And lastly, the Dr. was just fantastic and went over everything concerning my procedure. Made me feel very comfortable and to know that everything would be just fine. I didnt feel a thing and the next thing I knew I was home in my bed feeling great lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The most caring dentist office I have ever been to. I have been going there about four years and truly adore each person I have been involved with. My hygienist is so sweet and does a great job each time. She knows I have sensitive teeth and is always asking me if everything is going well. Dr. Anderson has done amazing implants for me and he is very meticulous about the placement, also so kind. I have recommended several people to Riccobene and will continue to do so.

Dr. Price and her assistant were both amazing and courteous. I did not have to wait a long time at all. They got me in and out in a timely manner. The assistant was very thorough with my treatment plan and she did an awesome job taking my X-rays. Would definitely recommend this office.

I love this place, I came here from another dentist that was way closer to me but I am willing to drive 30 mins to this office because the customer service is unmatched!!! Everyone here is super nice and professional, I’m never waiting long to be seen. I know I’m being well taken care of every time I visit and not leaving in pain or worse off after like my past experiences. I bring my daughter here also and she loves going for her visits!!! Treatment in the past has been good. However, staff are not required to be vaccinated against COVID. I asked them about their policy because I have an immunosuppressed family member living with me and it could kill them bringing home COVID. In a healthcare environment, this is an unacceptable risk.

Dr. Chanel Prince and her staff are the best. My husband, daughter and I are patients here and we couldnt be happier. Dr Prince’s professionalism and knowledge is what makes our visits pleasant and tolerable, I am terrified of the dentist, but she handles you with extreme care, making sure you are comfortable every step of the way, explaining everything she is doing. The staff members are also very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended!Best dentist ever.

Very good experience overall. The dentist and his assistants were very professional. Kelly Gregory, in particular, answered all of my questions and put me at ease with my oral surgery. She went as far as to consult the Dr. to prescribe something prior to my procedure. Without the extra effort, I may not have gone through with it. Kudos to the Riccobene staff!

I was nervous about having another Root Canal but Erica was super charming and helped me to relax. The Dr. was so friendly and her humming to the songs that was playing aided in the relaxing atmosphere. Erica told me step by step what was happening and what I can expect. The technician did a very good, painstaking clean of my husbands teeth. Because of his dementia and has lost the use of his right arm, hes not been able to do a thorough job of keeping his teeth clean. She was patient and caring of his comfort during the cleaning.

Great experience for a root canal evaluation. Kept me informed of the test procedures all along the way and pain was minimized. No kicking feet in pain like some I have had. All needed procedures were reviewed and the costs identified up front. I highly recommend the endodontist at the Garner office.

I called at 9 am with excruciating tooth pain. Was told I could come in at 11 am! I came in, was seen immediately and after x-rays, the doctor prescribed some medication and it worked almost 15 minutes after taking it! They know their stuff! Would highly recommend!!!

I have always had Aniexty about Dental procedures, ever since a childhood trauma at a dentist office. The visit I had yesterday was top notch. I had to get fillings and it was completely pain and trauma free! The dentist and assistant were so mindful and caring with my comfort! The pricing was very affordable if with the little help from my insurance!

I had a tooth extraction at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry today. Originally scheduled for September, they got me in early when an old crown broke off last week. Initially, they didnt have a spot open, but somehow got me on the schedule with a different doctor. The service rendered by Dr Jorgenson and Kaley was excellent. The assistant explained the basics about how things would go. She told me the out-of-pocket cost today, and explained the release paperwork to be signed. The doctor did a great job applying the local anesthetic. I felt no pain and they checked on my comfort consistently throughout the process. With the exception of an exam, this was my first real procedure at Riccobene. I am pleased with the service rendered and will go there again.

Megan cleaned my teeth today (6/21/21). This was the third time she has done so. Megan is extremely thorough, thoroughly conscientious, and really pleasant. Furthermore, the entire clinic is spacious, clean, and efficient.

There are not enough stars to rate this office - we need at least 10 stars!! :D This week, crown came loose. There was no pain, and they got me in the very next day. Ive never had to wait for more than maybe 5 minutes to be seen, and they take our insurance - super awesome! The staff members all seem to be very kind and patient. I havent met one yet who didnt seem to want to be there - this is a No Grumpy Staff office. ;> We love it and I dont intend to go anywhere else.

I needed a dentist in the area after moving here. This office was just what I was looking for. It combines a high level of professionalism with all the friendliness and personal touches of a home-town dental practice. I could not have asked for anything more.

This was my first visit to the dentist. They discovered a whole bunch of things my previous dentist said nothing about.I understand some of it could possibly have happened since I last saw them but there’s lots of it that took time to manifest itself and nothing was said!I believe I found my new dentist I’m not going back to my old one!

My checking was quick and easy. My waiting time was acceptable. My dentist was filling one tooth and found another cavity next to it and filled it at the same time. My experience today was very good.

Riccobene Family Dentistry is wonderful! You know its a terrific place when you (and the dental hygienist and the dentist herself) have to laugh during both the cleaning and the exam! I had to have more than just a normal cleaning because it had been so long, but Renee did an almost painless job of it. Recently, I have been having trouble with crowns (not done by Riccobene) coming off, and Dr. Prince took care of that as well. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

I have 3 children that had appointments at the same time-2pm. The staff was so friendly and called them each back promptly upon arrival! All 3 of their treatments were complete by 3 pm.

No one likes to go to the dentist of course. Theres just something about someone putting a tool in your mouth that is rotating several thousand rpm. If I have to do this. I would prefer to do it at Riccobene Dental. The professionals at Riccobene make me feel confident that I have chosen the right place for all my dental care needs.

I just have to say that through the years, there have been several assistants, hygienists and staff that have just plain become friends besides doing an awesome job at keeping me and my children’s teeth cared for with the highest of standards. I have high standards in service expectations and am extremely busy and don’t tend to write a review for simply good. I am going to save the best for last and say that Dr. Michael Riccobene has pure precious gold when it comes to Dr. Jorgensen. This dentist always goes above and beyond, is professional, doing her absolute best and what is in the best interest of the patient. She has shown to always do her best work and in overtime if needed without a problem or even a request. I just think we are extremely blessed to have found her and Riccobene and Associates are very fortunate to have her on their team.

I only was due for x-rays, nothing really important. What really inpressed was my doctor saw me from the opposite end of the hallway from the where I was at. She walked all the way to where I was just to see how I was doing.

They penalize people for not having insurance. Even if you have insurance that is worthless and they are not getting any money from, they still charge more for procedures for people without insurance. This is a terrible, terrible place and I would not recommend it to anybody. They purposely go out of their way to make it harder for the non-rich to get dental work done. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The people you talk to on the phone also are extremely rude and condescending and obviously don’t really care about taking care of the customers need in any way, shape, or form.

I needed a root canal done as quickly as possible, due to extreme pain from a compromised molar. The office my regular dentist referred me to would not be able to fit me in for another week, and that was just for an evaluation and treatment plan, so in desperation I started calling every endodontic office in my insurance network. I got lucky when the Riccobene office in Garner offered to see me in two days, for both an evaluation and immediate treatment.My real luck was in having Dr. Hsin Chen perform the procedure, with the assistance of her extremely competent and friendly dental technicians. It turns out that my dread of having a root canal was unfounded, as I was first treated for the pain and made quite comfortable for the procedure. If I ever need a root canal in the future, I would not want anyone else to do it.I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

New to this dentistry practice (3rd visit) and I am warming up to it; especially after my cleaning appointment with Megan and replacing my temporary crown with Kimberly. I feel much better about the care I am received after my last visit in comparison to my previous dentistry practice.

From the initial call, gathering my background history, ensuring that the staff I worked with was all females to the service itself, put me at ease. They made me feel like they cared and put me at ease even when it was evident I was in a state of distress. With my level of anxiety from my traumas, they worked with me, were patient and made me feel at ease enough to continue with the process without coheresion when I was on the verge of a panic attack.
