Been doing business with Cleveland Auto Repair for over ten years now. Prices are fair and their service is excellent. Oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and even new tires. Never once have I had a problem with their service and as busy as they stay we still manage to get the work done in a timely manner!

Had an emergency to where my car had an issue with the engine and had to pull on the side of Highway 40. Called them about 45 minutes to close in order to get it looked at ASAP. Amy, the receptionist, was the most pleasant and kind person I have had the opportunity of speaking with. They were able to accommodate me and help give a proper diagnosis in less than 24 hours. I will be back for all future auto repairs!!

I went to Cleveland Auto Repair Center to get 2 of my cars inspected. It was a Tuesday afternoon around 12:10. Due to it being the lunch hour I left one car and ran some errands with my daughter. We returned a little around 1:00 and waited on the second car. We didnt leave until a little after 2:00. The service was slower than what I was use to for getting my car inspected, however, I was notbin a hurry and the lady at the desk was extremely nice and very personable which I love. Im not giving 5 stars because after I paid I realized I was charged a non cash fee since I used my credit card to pay. I dont recall seeing anything posted that you pay more if not paying cash but have been known to overlook things. Wouldve been okay with it if notified up front and not just seeing it on my invoice. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would return in the future, with cash to avoid the fee.

I have been driving my extra vehicle pretty regularly for the last 2 months. We just recently moved to the area & figured it was time to find our go to mechanic. I called on Monday for an inspection & scheduled an appointment that day. Stopped in & the lady at the front desk was super friendly! $30 & 30 minutes later, I was walking out the door. On Wednesday, my Terrain started making a rattling noise. It couldnt be an oil change, I just had that done recently! Possibly the AC? (I had no idea!) I called & made an appointment for Friday, as that was my day off. Thursday night, I dropped the car off & left my key in the overnight box. I got a call Friday morning. Nervous to pick up, I figured they were going to take me for a run: my flux capacitor needs to be replaced, or my brake light fluid was low. NOPE! It just needed an oil change. He mentioned GMC Terrains are notorious for burning oil & I should check the level when I fuel up. WHAT!? No $2500 bill? No giant list of things I need to fix? NOPE! Brakes are good. Tires are good. Nothing extra needed! The car is good. Cleveland Auto Repair has just gained a customer for life!!

They have been servicing our personal vehicles and we recently added our fleet vehicles. They have been very honest and reasonably priced. They have always had our vehicles ready when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair shop.

They charged my wife $10 to test tint for inspection when there is clearly no tint on the stock car. So this year I brought it in and they changed my oil as well as an inspection only to drop oil on my driveway at my brand new house. They said everything was fine but some oil was trapped on the skid plate.. well then they should have wiped it down with the $6 in shop materials( aka rags ) but no I was inconvenienced by having to come back in and now I have to try and clean oil from driveway.

Awesome people! I didnt have a ride to pick up my vehicle and Amy came and got me! I have had tire issues and back brakes put on there. Both times I got excellent service.

Truly the most honest shop Ive ever dealt with! First time doing a review on Google, but these folks deserve it! Expected to spend 650 on a repair just a few days ago and came out 65 bucks!! Not the first time Ive received honest work and great news from these folks!!

Quoted a price on replacing a clutch fluid line on the clutch master cylinder and flex pipe on the exhaust. Limped the car in to get the work done. After 2 days they said they didnt want to do it. Dont waste your time with this shop... Unprofessional, argumentative over the phone. Now we have to limp the back and time off work...

Women at the front desk has such a great attitude. First time there and I would come back and refer people because of her!
