I rented a pair of chairs for my 4/17 wedding which was postponed until September due to Covid. Over the seven month course of the pandemic I was forced to relocate to the Mid West but still looking to travel back to Los Angeles in September for the wedding.Due to continued gathering restrictions, we were unable to host our wedding again. The event was canceled and I reached out to Imani to coordinate a refund or work out a way to still receive the products I paid for.The company requires a signed contract and full payment at the time you place the order (red flag number one) and touts a strict no refund policy but offers one year of store credit. She also makes it very clear that this company only accepts rentals in Southern California and within 150 miles of their location- which legally renders the contract void under the doctrine of impossibility of performance.I sent an email asking to have the chairs shipped to my current location at a later date or have the $300 I paid refunded. My request to change the service was flatly ignored and I was told that her company was out of business for 3 months with no incoming sales and they still hadnt fully recovered from being out of business for 3 months. She said she have overhead and expenses that were still owed during the months they had no income and they were a small business trying to survive this pandemic and have no funds to refund over 100 canceled events.And prayed for my understandingI am so shocked that a business owner thinks that they are entitled to pocket the money of their customers to help themselves through a difficult time when there are plenty of government-sponsored small business loans and pandemic assistance available.I did not realize that by into business with this woman I would become personally fiscally responsible for her existence.PLEASE let others know!! It is fraud if someone steals your money under the guise of giving you goods and services BUT REFUSE.

I LOVE this company!!! I rented the Hedge Wall and Barrel Table for my best friends baby shower and it took our party to another level. The delivery was on time, the props are well taken care of and handled with care during set up. They are very professional, and their customer service is great! During set up they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted; nice and centered. Do not hesitate to call them. I will definitely be calling for all future parties!!!

This company is just amazing great props and great customer services. Planing an event is really stressful and knowing that obtaining the props that I need is not a hassle with platinum prop is just a relieve. There items rentals are ok. The flower wall was dirty. The flowers need to be replace with new flowers. Everything else was pretty clean. But the prices are high. For ideas go visit. The young lady was nice and helpful.

As always working with Platinum Prop Rentals has always been a smooth process. I recently booked an event with only two whole days to plan and design. My event was in Moreno Valley I called around to book rentals and it seemed like I hit a brick wall either everyone was booked or they were not willing to travel that far. So I contacted Platinum and spoke with Imani and asked could they squeeze me in. They not only assisted me with selecting props for my event they showed up on time to make things run as smoothly as possible she was able to refer me other vendors that I was able to book for this event as well. I discovered this company through Instagram. I was planning my sons first birthday so I was doing a massive search of prop rentals, caterers, buffets, the works. Luckily I came across Platinum Prop Rentals! I decided to go with a little gentleman theme. And they did an amazing job! The props they provided for the party were amazing and showed such detail and care. I was tempted to keep them for myself! She created a mustache table for the main desserts and a beautiful top hat side table! You can really tell that Imani cares about what she does. When discussing props she gave me so many ideas and really listened to my needs and wants in order to help me create the perfect props. When he team dropped off the props they were so professional and quick about setting up. I will definitely be working with them again for all my party and event needs!!

This company is just horrible and unprofessional!!! Their reps. dont know how to deal with customers, they yell at them and dont answer their phones to properly communicate issues/concerns. If I can give zero star, I would!!! I actually had to dispute the charge because they dont answer their phones to help me with my order, unreachable!!! They take your charge you and disappear until you have to dispute with your credit card company! Horrible!!!!DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VENDOR!!!... THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND MESS UP YOUR EVENT LAST MINUTE.
