Im so glad I found Tlapazola Party rentals for our wedding. Excellent inventory, customer service, and delivery guys. We rented our chairs, tables, heat lamps, cocktail tables, buffet tables, and other miscellaneous items for our outdoor venue. Aleyda, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful in walking through the inventory in their warehouse. Pick up service at the end of the event was also fast and efficient. Highly recommend and I look forward to doing business again!

Tlapazola Party Rentals exceeded my expectations fully! Aleyda was super helpful and communicative and was able to help me achieve the look I was envisioning. Not only were they very helpful and timely with their set up, the rental price was reasonable with quality items! We used their tent frame with white draping and lighting with about 6 of their heaters that kept us warm all night! Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I used to have a wedding and event planning business. You need to have the right vendors involved in order to be successful. I am very happy with the outcome of our event. The whole team at Tlapazola were extremely easy to work with. I made changes throughout the process and they were very accommodating and double-checked with me to make sure everything was correct. Event: July 2021The service and cost were great. I really appreciated the communication and updates for delivery. Setup was fast, efficient, and they listened and executed my request. Customer service is very important to me and anytime you have an event you want it to be executed beautifully and hassle free, and that is exactly what I received.The prices were fair and everything was of great quality. This team is fantastic! They were on time, beautiful equiptment,friendly and easy to work with. They put up a tent and had to do some problem solving but had everything they needed to make it work beautifully. Extremely helpful when ordering. Very curtiuous and helpful delivery personnel. Quality of rental equipment was excellent (no spots on glasses, white linens, clean chairs). Im very please with the cutlery. It was not flimsy, but restaurant quality. Heaters were placed in the optimum spots. Pick up the next day was on time, quick and again, curtious.

Really delightful company to use if you need to hire party tables and chairs. Everyone was very helpful and super polite, and they helped make a quick adjustment when the table I ordered didnt fit in the back of my car! Would 100% use this company again.

If youre looking for a beautiful balloon bouquet for your party go no further. Tlapzola is the BEST party rental company ive worked with. I used them for my daughters first birthday- they had exactly what i needed, great price and worked with responding to my million question till the day of the event. They are extremely accommodating. On the date of the birthday they arrived right on schedule - set up in 10 minutes and they were out of my hair. The balloon arch was absolutely beautiful and made my event - received so many compliments on it!!Aleya is fantastic to work with and once Covid is done I will absolutely be going back to her again for a HUUUGE birthday party for my daughter. These folks are AMAZING! Customer service is impeccable. So kind and friendly. They were also super flexible with our schedule and provided all the delivery, set up, tear down, and take away. I called this place an hour before they closed looking to rent a tent for the following day and they were SO kind and accommodating! The weather took a sudden turn and it looked like it was going to be raining during the time we were hosting an outdoor party the following day. I called them at 4PM on a Friday. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and understanding which I really appreciated since it isnt the typical response you get when you call a place an hour before they close for the weekend. She said they were full for delivery on Saturday but would be happy to have it delivered and set up that same night!!!!!! The gentlemen who set up the tent were so kind and the tent looked great! I was so happy I used this company... I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I found this company on Yelp and the reviews are 100% accurate. This company is extremely professional and easy to work with. They even gave me a cell phone number and told me I could text them 24/7 if I needed anything. I did text them once after 9:30 p.m. and they responded in less than 5 minutes. An absolute pleasure to work with. It was completely worth it to pay the set-up and take-down fee. For 36$ 3 guys showed up and set up all 12 tables, 60 chairs, and patio heater in a few minutes. Very impressed!

I have to say it! From having parties for my kids, I’ve had my share of Rental companies. But Tlapazola rentals surpassed my expectations. Every table was clean, all my chairs clean, no gum no tagging and no left over cake from the previous party 🎉 lol! Everything arrived as promised! I highly recommend Tlapazola rentals!!!
