Good business practices would be for them to list on their website that they are temporarily closed. They never answer their phone, return voicemails, and the gate to the second floor is closed. Wasted my sons morning.

Is it really hard to announce that its closed? Even when you call they have a message that says we are planning a party. Just say we are closed due to covid and we will open soon. Unprofessional for a big business like this. PEOPLE ITS CLISED AS OF MAY 4 2021.

Omg!I brought my Godson here for his birthday in November last year. This place is absolutely perfect for family events (if you’re stuck with the kids or need an Indoor space for the kids to spend time)Bring the kids during mid day so they can enjoy the space with just a few kids. Take them to pizza spot in the shopping center and bring them back to the fun center to enjoy till about 2-3 (nap time)By this time the kids are getting out of school and parents are bringing them over which meansHeadache for you.Things to not forgetSocks (shoes aren’t allowed in fun space)Snacks (or you will buy the expensive ones they sell)Extra wipes (kids are germy)

My kids enjoyed this place! Clean and plenty to keep them busy.

They changed my event because I didn’t answer my phone. I was interested but I never said yes to the change. They only called me once while at work and didn’t bother to call again as a reminder in the morning. I had to tell all my guests to go back. Never again booking an event here.

A really cool place for toddlers to jump & run around and have lots of fun. It is a small place but enough to allow kids to run free and still be able to keep an eye on them. Staff was super nice. I didn’t like that they charge for socks! I mean, I understand that you can’t wear shoes inside the jumpers, but why is having socks on necessary to get into the jumpers? Anyway, still enjoyed myself with my family.

Pretty cool place, but just smaller than I anticipated. The value seems good if youre looking to bounce and slide on bounce houses. There are 4 different structures for kids, and then 1 specifically for kids under 3. Everything is clean and the 4 bouncers are in really good shape. With our 5 year old, who loves bouncing, we stayed just over an hour until she had bounced to her fill on each one and was ready to leave.

Belongings go in front in a open cubby by front door with people coming in and out, not safe. I kept my purse on me. Plus back door was open for added air since it was so hot in there, not safe. Location seems questionable and sketchy too. It just felt totally unsafe and my toddler got bored fast. There also was this weird Hispanic woman that kept trying to interact with my kid even though her own son was there. Just overall strange. I didnt feel comfortable and dont plan on returning.

Family owned and operated by event creative planners for any occasions. We were invited to several birthday parties and everyone from the children, the parents and most importantly the grandparents...we had the most fun. Lots of LAUGHTER had bu everyone. Even some of the children and parents were seen dancing to the music. Too funny.

I had my grandson a Thomas The Private Party here. He had so much fun with his cousins . The kids didnt want to leave when the party was over. It was awesome. I love that the staff is so attentive and very welcoming. They helped us setup, we had a host / hostess, etc. Well be coming back for more.

Pretty cool place, especially for kiddos on the spectrum. My 4 yr old was content & liked it! I would love to see this place switch to using different jumpers every now & then bcuz same ones Everytime could get boring.

Only have attended this location one time. Visually, very clean. My family was the only ones there on a Sunday for the 3 hours we spent there before it closed. I would recommend this place for toddlers and kids up to age 9

The place is small and well-suited for parties. It was clean and appeared to be properly maintained. Primarily suited to younger children.

Not at all for growing boys, mainly for autistic toddlers. My son had fun but the options weren’t many. we came for a birthday party so I am unsure of the prices.

One of the best places to celebrate your kids birthday you dont have to worry about spending time on cleaning you can always come here the kids will have fun the kids will have a blast and you dont have to worry about planning a lot of activities to do because theyll just have a blast.

Easter Sunday...250.00 for 1 1/2 hrs. ..What you get: 3 table reservation (a) 2 liter coke bottle, fork, plates and spoons....Thats about it. Mind you, 250.00 does not make it a private party you will still have to share the facility with anybody who walks in....The workers in here have Eastern Sunday attitudes and act like they do not want to be here...overall my 3xperience was not pleasant I would not recomend this place to anyone.

Love it but it is stuffy and always hott no air on as soon as you walk in. feels like a heater on. over all good for a busy mom that need all massage and a break. itll tire the kids out let them have fun get a massage on the process and only kids pay

My kids had fun... but wouldnt have a birthday party there. They didnt have host or offered any water, drinks or anything. You would have to bring everything on your own.

We had are daughters 1st bday party here. It was a amazing experience. The price was very enxepensive to rent the whole venue. My Family had peace of mind while are kids ran free in a nice, fun. And clean safe kids gym. The adults had a ton of fun as well. I deffinitly recommend this place for parties are just to take toddlers to.

I like the location . You get the whole place to yourself for a party. Thr workers are helpful.The thing I dont like you dont get enough time to setup and you feel kind of rush. I think they should expand the time for setup, party, and clean up. They would make even more money and get more referrals.
