I recently rented some chairs and tables from Vinis for a party that I hosted. The chairs and tables were nice and reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional, especially Nayma. They were prompt when responding and helpful. I will definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend for all of your party needs.

Hi my name is Tomas from chef in Los Angeles I usually don’t write reviews like this but this time it’s an exception, I rented some equipment from this company and when I rent something I expect it to be good quality or at least in good conditions but this time it was in really bad shape and when I tried to talk or contact them there was no way I can reach them. Not only was it in bad condition but the propane that came with the rental was leaking and could have hurt someone or cause an accident and when I call to let them know or try to fix the problem and explaining that my client was unsatisfied they said I was screaming at them and hung up. My client was very upset because we couldn’t deliver, as you can see the picture the frier is in very bad condition and dirty. I really don’t recommend this rental and if you do rent from this company make sure everything looks good and have them double check everything the day of the drop-offHope the owner can do something about it!

This was my first time working with Vinis for a wedding, and I have to say that I was so very happy with them! Nayma is simply THE BEST. Shes super informative and quick to respond. She even came out to tour the venue with the clients and me (as a planner, I appreciate that so much - it makes everyones lives easier come wedding day!).On the day of, Nayma and her team were quick, efficient, and helpful. I have tried on several occasions to reach this business and only once did I get a call back. I had an appt. for tent measurements, no one ever came out nor did they have the decency to call and say anything. I called them several times afterwards and no one will answer the phone. In business, your word is everything. Business 101.

Good products at a good price for the area and they were very flexible with the order both in the days prior to my event and when returning the rented items.

After checking around several rental places, I was happy to find a place that had 10 - 100 cup coffee makers. Most places had 2.So I picked up the units assuming they are ready to use (wrapped in plastic bags when I picked up).The morning of my event when I was preparing to brew 4 pots. I got inspected by my higher ups and was told I couldnt use some of them.. The glass tube at the middle where you can see the level of coffee inside was so dirty. The look of a mold, old dried up coffee stuck in the viewer tube. Then I looked inside and under, it looked like some units have been sitting for a while. You can tell by some fuzzy stuff underneath.I had to pour out all water and coffee ground. On about 3 of them. I actually just ended up using 8 out of 12 that I rented.When I returned the pots I mentioned this and showed it to the person at the front desk. She explained that they put these things in the washer. And they have no means to reach that glass area. I didnt want to argue. I wanted to suggest: how about running hot water thru the spout unril its clean? I asked to speak to the owner but was told that they were not there and that I will be contacted.Never heard from them. My first and last with this vendor.
