Jon did an amazing job on my nails and 2 big toes.. and I dont know the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was the bomb as well my feet are very soft and beautiful and they were a hot mess before.. Thanks yall I will be back soon!!!

Tamera did an amazing job on my pedi. Jenny was fantastic on my mani, I had an injury on my hand and she was very careful not to hurt me. Both did such a great job, I think I found my new shop :)

Good pedicure. Good scrubbing of feet. Polish isnt great, and he surprisingly didnt shape my nails. Im willing to give them another try. Maybe the nail tech needed some direction. If I get a better polish and a shaping, Im will to rate them higher... Well see next week.

First time coming here last week and I liked it alot. Ive went to a few and this is my favorite so far for me as a male. I had a manicure and pedicure and they left my nails looking really good.

I really wanted to give them a five star review because Tam did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and I love them.BUT... $86 (without tip) for a full set of ombre powder nails is very very pricey and my wallet is afraid to come back again 😬😬The employees all seemed very nice and happy. The spa is clean and the equipment is in good repair.I despise small talk so it was nice that they don’t engage you in too much conversation.Ill probably come back but Ill make sure to ask for prices beforehand.

First time here and the man who did my pedicure did not do a very good job. All he did was cut and paint. No cleaning inside my toes or trimming the sides. Bad job and I paid $27 which is super expensive for that kind of job I could had done at home.

I was driving by and I decided to stop pleasantly surprised it was very nice inside organized clean no smell and excellent customer service I was in and out in less than an hour and 15 minutes

The prices are through the roof. I paid $130 for a medium full gel set. The guy that did my nails never cut my actual nail, didn’t remove any cuticle, nothing. No nail care he just went in for the acrylic application. Idk if it’s cause they are operating illegally that they are trying to boost up prices before they get caught or what but that was a complete rip off.

Went to this nail shop after restrictions have been lifted for nail salons. No social distance whats so ever place is completely packed. Owner and a couple of other workers not wearing a mask. Owner was going to sit me not within 6 feet apart and had a smerk on face when I asked to be moved.. Horrible was very disappointed.. With their expensive self and sneaky at the same time

This salon operates indoors rather than outdoors like most places are doing during this pandemic. They told me no appointment needed walk in only entrance is in the back of shop. When I arrived the place was crowded inside full of people. The lady hurried me to close the door Im guessing she didnt want to bring any attention to the place. I refused, said yeah no thanks and left.

Mimi needs to be more respectful of a persons time. An appointment time is supposed to be a way of controlling the environment and it should be honored. Also, she isnt practicing social distancing at all. Every booth and spa chair was filled. I walked out because that is ridiculous. Pure greed and not thinking of the community.

Went in today to ask if an employee still worked there so I could set an appointment for my grandma, received the MOST rude service and was left there standing, the girl in the front yelled at me and said ...doesnt work here anymore FYI I WAS VERY OFFENDED MY GRANDMOTHER AND I HAVE BEEN COMING TO LOCATION FOR YEARS, i had to ASK to speak to someone before what looked like the manager forced his self to come and Act like he was working, decides to say under his breath were not sure when .... will be back to work and i Thanked him for that information but i DONT APPRECIATE BEING SPOKE TO INTO THAT TONE WHEN IVE SPENT GOOD MONEY AT THIS NAIL SHOP. I BELIEVE I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED BECAUSE I DIDNT RECOGNIZE ANY OF THESE EMPLOYEES FROM BEFORE.

Great place because of the cleanliness and the owner and some of the workers are friendly. The pricing can be a bit higher than other places. The wait can be long but for the most part they accommodate people fairly easy. The first time I went there I loved it. I don’t really remember the ladies name I think it was “Mia”, she did an amazing job. That is why I have gone back in an attempt to get that great service again. However ever since then the service has been good but not great. The last two times I’ve gone I have gotten Henry and I do not like him at all. He doesn’t really know what he is doing and he does not take his time. He wants to hurry along between customers. Definitely don’t get him.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Pedicure was not enjoyable as it usually has been but it was painful. Requested gel polish, it was a terrible polish job and they charged me $39 and change. This spot has gone so down hill. They are using raged stained towels and their tools are dirty. I will not ever be giving Utopia Nails my hard earned money again. I will be finding a new nail spa. Please whatever you do, do not visit this place, save yourself the unpleasant experience.

Very looong wait! Very sad to say that my nail polish chipped after 2 days which indicates that they put some type of chemical in nail polish to make it last longer, instead of getting new polish.

This place is too nice for a nail salon. Although that was the first time I tried this place, I felt in love with their services. This place was nice decorated with modern equipments. The owner and staffs were so friendly to me. I didnt make an appointment but it was not a big deal, they served me right away. The price was also reasonable. To be honest, this place is the best nail salon in the area.

Went in for a fill and gel polish. I spent $27 total not including the tip. They really do pedicures versus manicures. I you want just a manicure you will have to wait. So far, I have had my nails done by Sherri and Steve. Sherri hands down is the best. She takes pride in her work. I had a pedicure done here about a year ago and it was ok. I recommend you pay cash because if you use your card, they have a 3% fee.

They just don’t know how to do nails. I asked for gel once and there was a lot of empty spaces that needed to be filled and it was wayyyy too thick. I went a couple days ago to do a french triangle like style and it was mediocre. Very bad quality to be honest. I also had to remind her to file my nails and it wasn’t even at all. She only did one hand too.

Its my second time here and I will continue to come back! Everyone working here is very friendly and the place is very clean. Natalie has done an awesome job on my nails and I am so very pleased with her and her great attention to detail - she has gained a loyal customer! The salon also offers many other services- massage, facials, eyebrow threading, etc. The spa chairs look great and eveyone seems to be enjoying them...I think I may have to try that service next time. Overall, I am so happy to have found this place and Natalie -she does amazing work!

They do great work, but call and get a price quote before going. I called to get pricing for a medi pedi, quoted $29.00. sat in the chair quoted $36.00 with a scrub for my heels. However was there 3 weeks before and paid $34.00.

I have been a client for almost 15 years..but recently workers start acting very rude..i went to do my nails an a male worker was so distracted he cut my nails super short.Then they advertise they close at 8pm...thats not true..i went at 720pm looking tu o do my nails...they said nobody could help and they were closong.They are very expensive..but now...their service is very poor i can not tecommend it at all

Rude service and overpriced they charged my 9 year old brother 7$ just to clip his toenails, for 3 more dollars he could have gotten a full on pedicure. We called in at around five o’c and said we would be going there. When we arrived at 5:15 they yelled at us saying they were closed so go home. They didn’t even close till 6. Never going there again

Decided to find a shop in my new area. Stopped by here and got my manicure done quickly with a very personable technician. Pleasant environment, will definitely visit here again!

The young guy took advantage of the fact that I am from Texas and probably not familiar with the prices! Highway robbery he charged me $38 for a refill! I asked him why so much he said because he put the gel! Refills always include the gel! I called around to surrounding nail shops and the price for refills with gel is $15! Just as I thought! This was ghetto and highway robbery! This happened yesterday Wednesday, April 24, 2019

I went for a regular manicure.. color selection was extremely limited (if youre not into deep reds or gold, its slim pickins) - they dont even use lotion when massaging (which was about 20 seconds and terrible) .. so after being lathered in oil, the quality of the manicure was very subpar -- will not be returning

Took my sister in law there for her birthday spent $117 for 2 mani and 2 pedi which was really expensive and not satisactory for the work we got. They kept trying to push the deluxe package on us and we kept declining. I got the exfoliating pedi and left with my heels harder than i went in. Very dissatisfied and displeased with both the prices and the quality of work.

I used to go there it’s been a while since however when I got my nails they were done cute I liked them a lot one the male did them but 3 days later my nail broke off so I went back to get them fixed I had trouble with one the lady’s she had a bad attitude she rejected on fixing my when there was people that could’ve fixed she told me to come back in the evening I told her I had Work we went back and forward until a costumer said they should able to within a hour I waited a hour she did my nail still had a attitude the next morning another popped off never goin back again it’s been less than a week
