I live right across the street from this place and I thought I would save myself the 30 minute drive to Nancy Nails in Hermosa for my monthly pedicure and dip nail color.I walked in and was immediately greeted. I asked if they did dip nails and they said yes so I sat down.The man started to prep my nails for acrylic which I thought was weird but I let him continue. I noticed after 10 min of buffing and filing that he still hadnt soaked off my old dip color. When I asked him if he was doing acrylic he said yes so I reminded him that I wanted dip color. He said he can do the same with acrylic and it will look fine. I told him no thank you that I wanted dip. He then said he didnt have dip but could do the same and make it look better. I declined again and told him I did not like acrylic and wanted dip. He finally told me that they didnt do dip color. I should have gotten up then but I decided to just get a manicure. He then proceeded to peel off my old dip color with a nail tip and cuticle cutter. I was so angry at the damage he was causing my nails but he was already done with 3 so I let him continue. He then PEELED off a corner of my real nail and I jumped and almost screamed. He continued and paid no mind.This place is a disaster! I ended up with short stubby nails after walking in with long, beautiful REAL nails. Please see the pictures because of I have no way of describing what a horrible job they did. Not only that but to top it off, the nail polish colors were all dried out (we checked 3 colors). I ended up picking the best one and ended up with chunky thick nail polish on my nails.Im so annoyed because I take very good care of my nails and I came in with healthy long nails only to have my nails damaged by lazy nail techs who dont take time to do it it right.Avoid at all costs! Im just praying that I dont get a nail infection at this point from their gross negligence. Ughhhhhh

Awful. The price point is not worth it. You’ll be better of running your fingers through a wood chipper and dipping them in a can of paint.
