Time for a gel polish change, I hope they are open!

The best nail place ever!

Took my daughter here to get her fingers polished. The technician was great with her patient and gave her the design she wanted with multiple colors on each hand. She was very happy

Very confused why this place is still in business. Very rude employees. Very overpriced. Hounds you about everything other than what youre there for . I walk in ask for pricing about a fill. First response I get is pedicure too? No. Just a fill the lady starts talking around and 4 other people start talking I get no answer from anybody but get told wait Im busy right now so now you dont know the price? They literally think about what to charge you off the top of their head. Place needs to go out of business. Ive been going there for 6 years. 6. I was in high school so I didnt even know any better until the same lady I kept going to started charging me more & more each time they try so hard to take advantage of you. I stopped going after but since the beauty supply is there shed run out & grab my hands & tell me shell charge $50 for a fill. A FILL. Thats a whole set!!! They will literally come up with numbers in their head to tell you its ridiculous that people still go here. The quality of their work has been gone down the drain its done, its over they dont even care anymore as long as they get paid.

First and last I will ever come here !! The lady who did my nails was extremely unprofessional I’m not sure what her name is. She was easily distracted, and made me bleed from 4 different fingers. While she was doing my nails another customer came in asking for nails I’m not sure why the nail lady lifted my hand so fast and high to show the customer, but while she lifted my hand she MADE ME BURN MY HAND WITH THE LIGHT BULB!!! Last, I wasn’t happy with my nails because they were way too thick and left that place with pain !

I have been patronizing Dianes shop since she opened them. She has actually been the only person to touch my feet since 2009, and she was considered a friend until last week.I sat patiently waiting on a pedicure and for her to complete a full set on someone else. I asked for both a manicure and pedicure. Diane always does my pedicures. Some other person did manicure. After service was finished I tipped the manicurist $2 and tipped Diane $1.Diane threw my money back at me and said I dont want your tip in English while speaking very loudly to the others in Vietnamese. Her body language and loudness of her voice let me know she was upset about the tip. The money she threw at me landed in pedicure bowl. She was very upset that I didnt tip her more money. I was taken aback by her reaction. I just thanked her again and left the shop. Oh and she had 1 other patrons that were looking at the whole confrontation. I Will NOT be coming to her again. I need a NEW shop! Maybe Ill go back to Lisas Nails Spa, where Diane got her start before opening her own salons.

Loved it! Its small but thats not even a factor. They employees are so kind. 1st time there and Im definitely going back

I contracted a horrible fungus On my toenails from getting pedicures at twin nail salon. The fungus was so bad I needed to take meds that are toxic to the liver.I have never gotten another pedicure and the fungus went away.Fast forward 06/20/2019 I went into the place to get a gel manicure (big mistake) the top coat smelled exactly like a sewer in a third world country( I have been) when I ask them why does it smell like that? they had the nerve to talk about me in a demeaning manner, (It was obvious)I was triggered, this is the same place I contracted the fungus and they were being, nasty when they should be apologetic.I have contacted the State and I will do everything it takes to get some understanding to why this place is in business.I take accountability for returning to their business after the first incident now it’s time for them to take theirs.I refuse to be passive aggressive when I am spending my money.I have photos.

These people never open on time. Ive watched them change their hours to open from 8am all the way to 10am. It is now Thursday at 1030am...Still closed..smh

Horrible experience way too expensive and rude customer service. The lady literally harassed me for a tip, after she did a horrible job. Definitely never going back.

The whole experience was a disaster. The man doing my full set used way too much acrylic which caused my fingers and nails to burn to the point they were hot to touch. The lady doing my feet kept messing up my toes to the point she said she apologized and that she couldnt fix it. So I didnt pay for the gel but the owner had a bad attitude with me. Im the client, I should be the one with the attitude and THEYRE LUCKY I PAID THEM ANYTHING. SEND YOUR NAIL TECHS TO SCHOOL!!!

All these ladies are great plus they have some good massages and extra moisturizures for arms and legs pampering ttime here. prices are reasonable

The worst !!!!! Prices are wild, i was willing to pay and then when its time to paint my nails i pull my matte nail polish out and they want to talk about its 5 dollars to use my own top coat, because they have their own and want you to pay, i dont suggest this place there are other nailshops that have better customer service and dont charge to use your own polish

Ok service friendly staff though

There were olny 3 girls working when i went and i had to wait 30min to get acrylic nail. And when it was my turn she did my nails 1.) there are nail polish on my skin around my nail 2.) there are bubbles inside the nail polish. I do NOT reccomend this place
