Me and my mom use to come to this nail place all the time but then Tina started having attitude one time one of the workers cut me And got mad because I told her to be more gentle I told my mom we are never going back bad customer service VERRY RUDE!!!! do not come here horrible

The owner of the shop Tina is a great nail and eye brow technician...Mimi is the nail technician who always does my nails when I come in...The service is excellent and yes they are practicing social distance and masks are required...I recommend this nail shop....Ive been going there for years.....

Horrible service came here today! First and last time. Cut my finger not once but twice then had the nerves to ask me for a $10 tip! Never coming back horrible.

Subpar stuff, woman who did my nails could not do how I wanted them, I had to show her multiple times how to put a jewel on. Would only go here for a simple pedi, dont expect anything more. Jewels already came off, hasnt even been 24 hours.

Dont care to much for the owner/manager. Shes rude & i feel like she doesnt respect the amount of money customers are spending in here. But i stay going here because my nail tech Lin does the absolute BEST job on my nails & shes VERY polite & respectful. So Lin gets (5)☆☆☆☆☆from me!!

Ive been going to this nail shop for over 10 years. They do a good enough job. They arent up on the latest nail designs & techniques however, but if u bring in pictures and the materials they will recreate it for you. Good prices too. Last month they moved a couple spaces down to a bigger spot next to the BBQ space. Its nice.

I have been coming here prior to Bob & Tina taking over. I personally have never had any problems ......I dont live here any longer but however long I stay away I am always welcome and treated kindly .....HOWEVER CHILDREN DO NOT BELONG IN A NAIL SALON !!

If you like them to file your natural nails harshly and hurt you, come to this salon. If you like to tip $5 and have your gel polish peeling off from the nails within 2 hours of leaving your manicure, then come to this salon. Nails are an art, but they are ruthless and sloppy at Pro Nails.

I’ve been coming to this shop before Bob and Tina took over. Yes you will wait forever. Yes they do speak in their language all the time, so I bet $ they are talking about their clients. I agree they should have a sign in sheet. Bob which was the best, is NO LONGER there-bummer. I go to Michelle, she’s the best too. Since Bob is gone I now go elsewhere for my nails. Now, Tina which is the owner. Is rude, and greedy. She does nails and eyebrows. If she is doing your nails, she will stop doing your nails to do eyebrows. She will ask you if ok at first. Once u say yes....everyone that comes in for eyebrows she’ll stop working on you and do whosever needs eyebrows. She will put $7 eyebrows in front of a fill & gel polish which is easy over $30. She does not make good business decisions. She needs to only focus on eyebrows and hire more people that do nails. The business is not the same since Bob left. It’s dirty now too. But when you have favorites you deal with her. Tina better HOPE Michelle or Mimi leaves cause she’ll be done. Oh that lady Rose/Row whatever she’s slow, but good.

Not a very nice man in the front. I came in at 7:27pm on a Wednesday night (just now). I asked hi how are you? The rude man mumbled something with a frown. I couldnt understand but I asked if they were closed he said yeah and turned me away. Clearly he wasnt money motivated. I was going to see if they could fit me in for a nail fix, builder gel and a gel polish. People pay a pretty price for that service, but I walked out without mentioning what I intended on getting done. Not planning on visiting again anytime soon.

Do not come to this nail shop if you want good service!!!. They are unorganized they do not take appointments. They take other clients that come in ahead of you. Then when asked about it they try to act like they don’t understand English or what you are saying. My experience today was I came in and asked a specific person to do a fill for me after she was finished with a custoand she said yes. Then one of her coworkers named ‘Mimi’. Said somtoto her in their language. Then she said she couldn’t do my nails. And took a customer that came in after me. The owner is ‘Tina’ and she allows this to happen in her shop which is an unprofessional way of doing business. They also argue among themselves in front of customers. Really unprofessional!

First time here for Brows, even tho they were busy Tina took the time with me ..definitely coming back

Not very friendly. They need to speak English and stop speaking Mandarin all the time. It makes customers feel like theyre being talked about.

Ive been going to this place for over 10 yrs the staff Is ok but Tina the lady who I guess is the manager is very rude and she seems to have a problem with my kids I will never go there anymore and if you have kids and you dont want anyone yelling at you and them then go elsewhere I know I am where my business is appreciated

Took 4 people before my sister after we were told they didnt have anyone waiting, then we asked if they could just removed the polish and they refused us.

This shop was convenient being close by. Their customer service suckS really bad. If U want something simple? They treat U like crap. This pisses me off bacause I get the workS most of the time & I tip. They really dont do the best job. Im letting my natural nails grow, I wanted a manicure. 1 nail repaired with clear acrylic. I get manicures all the time so I noticed, this is not a full manicure. She didnt shape my nails, no hand rub, lotion, nothing!!! Im not tripN!!!! I wont be back. $13 down the drain!!! Im so pissed, it was a waist of time & Im not happy with me nails. I will have to make time to go to my nail shop across town!!!!

First of all the only good thing about this nail salon was I when I called they said that stay open for me other than that I felt like they overcharged me they caught the trash me over $100 for a mani-pedi and rushed and 3 days later three of my nails fell off

My experience was terrible because they did not have hot enough water for me to even soak my toes in and also when I did soak my toes they did not e en assist me after how many times I had called them
