Since I was talking with Adriana who helped on quote and booking on rental dumpster, all of my concerns and issues on renting dumpster got solved .Very friendly and got me what I exactly need with very very good price compared to other competitors.The guy who dropped the dumpster off was super nice too and very helpful for me to use the dumpster.Cant go wrong with these guys!!!!I am very satisfied.

Called them to rent 10-yd dumpster to get rid of concrete rubble at my Long Beach home. The dumpster was dropped off the next day, when I called back to say it was ready it was picked up the same day. I needed a dumpster rental for a Saturday morning and forgot to make arrangements during the work week. Friday evening about 5 pm I contacted 2 other companies who had no availability. We needed a 20-yard container for the house project we had in mind. I reached out to West Coast Waster via Yelp. They responded along with 4 other companies! However, West Coast was the only company that had a dumpster to rent and they answered all of my questions and followed up via Yelp messaging but not intrusive. The price quoted was higher than others I had received. Ultimately, the Owner Rudy gave me his personal cellphone number to speak because it was getting later (about 7 pm). After much discussion with family members, we decided to go with West Coast so I gave him a call. I am so glad I did. Rudy explained he actually only had a 40-yard container but was willing to allow me to use this one instead at no extra charge. It was a 4-ton container but if I went over, then $100 extra. I was confident we would not go over and booked for Saturday morning. It was delivered earlier than promised. The container met all our expectations. Once finished, I just simply called Rudy back and he came and retrieved it at 8:30 am. What an epic relief and the project is still continuing but much much more manageable now. Thank you Rudy and I highly recommend them. Professional, courteous and responsive! Worth the money spent!

We came across west coast waste through facebook and our experience was fantastic !! i have never received such prompt responses from any business and the whole transaction was simple and speedy . we spoke to Eddie and he was amazing !!after getting the quote, we decided a week later to have the dumpster delivered to our house and thy were happy to help us out . amazing service !!!!!!
