It was cheaper to rent here. The car runs well. The male receptionist exhibited poor customer service skill but the female was professional. I would rent here again.

Huge scam artists! Almost my whole family rents cars from this place constantly. The Gardena location is friendly, and professional. But the LAX location is why my family will never rent cars from this place NO more! The manager told us one thing about return customers, and now they are saying something different. They just want to squeeze as much money out of you as they can now. I hope y’all go out of business!

2nd time renting a vehicle from Sakura. I have to say, best place to rent and have reasonable prices.

Requested Van’s grade for 3 months ahead, but it was not my requested grade and it was old model grade and bad condition with noisy car.
