Great! I had a little issue with a late return fee. I was told I had a specific time via phone (cust. serv) before I would be charged a late return fee. Fortunately I made it there before the time given. As I was checking out I was being charged the late fee!? I told the young lady I called and was given a time to return without the fee per the cust. serv. rep. She ultimately agreed to make the necessary adjustment👍

500 deposit to rent a car with a debit card and enterprise can do it for only 300, never goin to hertz again enterprise for me
Literally guys I rented a car in January while my car was getting fixed. I turned my car in on time and debited my card the same day (January 22nd) mind you the bank approved the transaction. Today (march 6) they made a force payment and now my account is negative! Ridiculous it shouldnt have taken more than 2 days to remove the money from an account, why did it take a month and a half???? They have no excuse! When I got the car the everything including the deposit was taken out the same day
The service here is not too great I got the roadside assistance and I tried calling it and they never answered they had me on hold for 30 minutes. And one of the girls working there the younger one didnt want to hook up my wifi. She has an easy job I dont know what shes complaining about
Service was pretty quick, friendly and the rep was very helpful and professional. Rates were a little high but this looks to be a trend right now.

Staff was very friendly and patient. However, waiting time is long and customers don’t make line, so we have to figure out who will be the next person to be cared.When I was renting, vehicle’s gas was almost empty and I had to wait extra 20 min during employee went to fill up. Good service, but you have to expect delays and may take patience.
Rates are lower than the airport location and a closer pick up point. The only difference is that they are closed at noon Saturday and closed Sunday.
Had a great experience last time make me come back.
They were rude to other customers not me but just to see them act that way the manager is the worst one lady have waited for a car wash for a hour and a half she so peaceful, the manager got mad at her for asking when will the car be ready the worker had to keep call his cell

The girl on Saturday morning November 2 2019 was very unhelpful sent me to the airport Hertz to exchange my car. Said she couldnt help me even though I was too exchange cars on Saturday morning for an upgrade. I ended up paying 54.00 a day instead if there 23.00 because I was exchanging at another location. She never explained any of that to me. The employees at the airport Blvd location were very helpful and got me in an upgrade but I did have to pay the higher rate on the first car I rented from this location. Very disappointing. No customer service
The guys here worked with new when I missed a reservation, got me a better care at a great price and genuinely seemed interested in helping me get on the road for the best possible deal. I left feeling informed and well taken care of. Will come here again
I love going to hertz, but i dont like when I am standing at the counter and the staff starts to speak Spanish right in front of me. And when i asked them to said what they said in english they say no. At the beginning of the week it was a lot of misleading information giving so I missed alot of money . but it was worked out but i was over charge for a rental . i had it for 4 days and was charge a week.
The manager Henry provided me with A++ customer service. All the employees are very nice. Everyone is very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
I am a gold member and was told I could return at any location. I didnt catch his name but a male employee was not listening to me and was quick to move me out of the line onto the next person. Poor example of a customer service job.

Awful service!!! And hector was really rude with my mom he was not the one who was helping her but he made a comment and it was not the right thing to say... Anyways he was not the one who was going to pay the car it was the insurance. Not him and my mom has good insurance I think for having a good insurance she should have a nice car not and old car they wanted to get her ugly car and I dont think it was fair for her she was waiting for almost 2 hours for an ugly car until she found one that she really liked but we had to wait 2hours for it... and for and awful service....

I needed to pick up a car, made a reservation a few days before. Got there early, it was pretty busy so I had a to wait some, but the rep(Hector) was prompt and efficient. When I returned the car after a few days, submitted the key and they called me later verify pricing and billing. Not a bad office, main problem is parking, very compact place to park and show up at least 15 mins early if possible.
Extremely poor experience, very long waits. Only 3 people ahead in line. We spent over 45 minutes returning the vehicle. Highly recommend changing the consumer experience.

Not good at all,,because I got my dl renewed and I had the paper copy, they claimed that there never seen that b4, bs,,,,so there for they wouldnt rent me a car, after I came half way across town, I will never Ever use a Hertz again and the one at the airport was just as bad u have 10000 different qualification to rent, then different locations have different rules so I think its ran by who is there at the time. There is always a long wait here. The first guy that helped me was so rude. It was only 7:40 am, they open at 7:30. He didnt even walk me to the car I was renting! I was ready with my card and my reservation was done online! When I returned the car the manager was nice.

------BEWARE------Things I didnt know but will be usefulDo NOT get Hertz insurance they dont care about their cars, as long as you have your insurance your fine. You also cant cancel their insurance over the phone. Just make sure they document all the scratches and dents before you leave because there will be plenty.Also, dont allow them to fill the car back up with gas because you can find a cheap off brand of gas just to get the car on the line it started at.Definitely make sure the tags and registration is up to date in the vehicle because again they dont care if you get a ticket you are responsible. They will also assess a $30 Administrative fee.If you can avoid giving them your bank cards they have an option to do a cash deposit. A bill to estalish residency, a check stub and id will be sufficient. (They hate doing the cash deposit because it takes more work and they can charge you for extra on your bank card).If you can avoid the Hertz in Gardena, they close early through the week and close even earlier on Saturday. Go to LAX its open 24 hours. Not to mention, Gardena have 3 employees so be prepared to wait.If you need to change the car say because they forgot to update all of the registration, be prepared that you can not exchange the car at another location so if you work or like to sleep in on Saturdays you have to get up bright and early to fix their mistake.Its useless to complain because everyone is in a meeting hence why there is three people working there.If you have a reservation or just returning a car be prepared to wait in a long line.Hope that after 500 miles the maintenance light doesnt show up causing the car to act and burn more gas. Just hope that your experience is not as bad as mine.
