Called multiple times asking when would be the best time to come in for a smog, when I went in at the given time frame they informed me that they no longer perform smog. Not once when I called was I told they no longer do smog. False advertisement, misinformation, and unprofessional. I dont recommend this place. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Stay away from this place!. This man has no idea what hes doing, and this is not a bunch of sour grapes, believe me! I took my Ford Escape hybrid to this guy over a month ago. First, he said I needed a new computer, then it was another part (not sure what, but the price was around $600), then it was a hybrid battery charger and battery...part after part, after part...excuse after excuse, after excuse, with no end in sight. After a month, I went in to pick up my car, intending to drive it home, but it wouldnt even start!; I had to have it towed from from Gardena to Seal Beach! I should point out when I took the car in it ran fine, but my mileage had dropped from 23-25 mpg to 19-21 mpg, over the previous few weeks, so I thought it best to have it checked now, before things got worse. but all I got was a lot of excuses. During this time I had to rent a car at $45 a day. Never have I had such a horrific experience with a mechanic. Stay away from this guy, believe me, he has no idea what hes doing!

Had an issue with a rubber bushing wearing out inside the car, did my research and the part itself was about $6. Got a quote at a dealer and other shops in the ball park of $400 for parts and labor. Luis quoted me double the price to do the same repair and tried to give me the scare tactic by throwing big price numbers at me saying other places would charge $1200 or more. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Charged me & my wife after performing a service that they could of told us the price before providing, which would have given us the option to proceed or not. Luis is a total fraud and rip off!!! They do not even deserve 1 star but the survey isnt allowing me the option post my review without giving them at least 1 star.

Been bringing my cars for years. He is not cheap. But quality work cost a lil more. Luis is always fair. Great mechanics. Very knowledgeable.

Do not do business with this company very unprofessional. First problem they charge $160 for diagnostic. Yes that will go towards the repairs if you have them to do the work but their fees are very high. They never told my husband up front what their fee was for the diagnostic & told my husband he would text him after he looks at the car. We were never texted or called and they keep the car overnight without any communication to us. This is not professional because they should always have some communication with the customer if the car has to be keep overnight. If I could give this company an negative star I would.

These are parts changers, not electricians. Made me by parts not necessary, they never figured out what was wrong with my van. I had to figure it out on my own. My guess, they are just lazy.

I do not recommend it because of an electrical problem and he told me that it was the alternator and I changed it and the problem was not that it made me spend for pleasure because my car remained the same. No more made me spend more sincerely should be more professional does not deserve a star.
