I rented a 15 seater van from here couple years back. I was very impressed by their rate and friendly customer service. I plan to rent the 15 seater van here again for another upcoming trip.

This is my first time using a uhaul service from OC Rent A Car. I was in the process of moving on Saturday and in need of uhaul but everywhere I asked, none was available. I am very blessed to have found this place later in the day. I spoke w/ someone on the phone and head to the place ASAP. I believe his name was Carlos greeted and help get setup. Since, I had picked up the uhaul later end the day and I received a text message from uhaul while in the process of moving to return the by 4:45pm. There was no way I was able to make it back in time. I called and spoke w/ Jose and explain my situation. He was so nice and accommodating. He informed me not to worry and that I could keep until 2pm the next day. He gave me instructions and communicate through via text message. He would definitely used there service again.
