This place is closed. Do not try to book through this location. It is permanently closed for over a year now and that was told to me by the front desk at the Marriott. No one is trying to fix this. If you call the number on the sign, Avis from Anaheim will come pick you up. Its a waste of time. They have the keys to the place and will tell you yeah we know its closed and dont know how anyone can book here. but travel sites will still let you. Worst rental pickup experience I have had. Arrived at the location approx. 15 mins after our scheduled pickup time (9am) to find a be back at 9:45 sign on the desk and a number to call. We decided to grab a coffee and wait, however 9:45 rolled around and the staff member still hadnt returned. We tried the phone number on the sign and got no answer multiple times. Eventually (about 10:05) the staff member picked up, said he would be there in 5 minutes. Around 10:15-20 he showed up (an hour and 20 mins after our scheduled pickup time). Throughout the checkin process, we found the staff member to be fairly short and rude, and when we switched the driver from my wife to myself, he completely stopped speaking to her in a very noticeable shift. He sent us out to our rental, which we inspected on our own without his involvement - the vehicle was dirty (inside and out) and had numerous scratched and marks on the body. I flagged this with the staff member who told me if I was worried, to take photos of the damage - at no point did he come to the vehicle.Unprofessional, late - would not rent from here again.
