I did not have an appointment. I called the salon and I was able to come right in. Mona was my stylist. She was extremely friendly. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. My haircut was absolutely amazing. When I walked out, I felt like a million dollars. I have been looking for a good salon to go to for a while!! When I was sitting in Mona‘s chair, I felt as though she was an old friend of mine, so friendly, absolutely love my haircut, love my stylist. LOVE THIS SALON. I gained a friend and a stylist, Lucky me!!

Im a little disappointed for a couple reasons. The salon is very nice and the staff were kind. The stylist just didnt do what we wanted and I think maybe there was a misunderstanding? I showed a picture of myself and how my hair is usually cut and explained before and several times during the cut that I wanted layers in the front, sides and back. She seemed to acknowledge what I was saying and kept going. But when she was done she only did layers in the back and had texturized the front and sides with thinning shears, NO LAYERS. I am not sure how she misunderstood me when I showed her a picture of myself with my usual cut and said it verbally multiple times. Its fine, hair looks OK, its just not what I wanted. The photo in the floral dress is my usual style (and is the photo I showed her) and the other is after this recent cut. Not the same.

Went for my first time and was impressed by the staff and their professionalism. LINA did an awesome job on my hair and making it look just as I wanted it to. If you havent tried this place youre missing out. I know that I found my new salon.

I had my hair cut and colored by Mona. She did a fantastic job! The color and cut were exactly what I asked for. She was very friendly and took her time to do it right. The salon is very pretty and clean. If u want color, ask for Mona

I went her because my mom said they did a good job on her hair so I should give it a try. I went in and showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted only to get something that was nothing like what I showed her! I wanted caramel, chocolate and toffee tones in my hair and what I got was almost black hair with blonde highlights. My hair looks like cigarette hair!!!! I didn’t even ask her to fix it because I didn’t trust her to get it right the second time! The firsts picture is what I showed her and asked for and the second is what she actually did.

I love Salon 360! It is very clean and prompt! I use Lina and have for over two years. I think of if the ladies are wonderful!!

Came in last year bc my old hair stylist messed up my hair. Zeinab stayed with me for 5 hours trying to fix my hair and never have I been so satisfied with someones work. My hair was completely fried and stringy, she would no stop playing around with it until I was happy with the results. She is so nice and a great stylist.

My daughter needed her hair done for homecoming and her regular hairdresser was sick so we gave this salon a try. Hope was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my daughters hair! The color turned out exactly like it was supposed to. The price was great as well!

I am very happy with my cut and hair color. Zeinab was wonderful and I definitely recommend her. The only thing I wasnt happy with was the price. Cut was 35 which was awesome but the Bali and blowout cost 190 which I had no clue about til after I got it all done. Please let your customers know prices before they go ahead with it because I really didnt want to spend that amount on my hair.

I have been going to Salon 360 in both Dearborn and Garden city for years now. I started with Ashley over 10 years ago and currently use both Mona and Zeinab. Just the fact that I have been going here for 10+years should tell you a lot about about the quality of Salon 360, but it really goes beyond just the haircut (which is consistently exceptional). Both Mona and Zeinab are very friendly and welcoming as are the rest of the staff. Appointments are easy to make and they always follow through with reminder calls. I started coming here because they offered a great price for a haircut but now I feel like family when I go in.

Went yesterday right before they closed and they fit me in the schedule for the next day with the Doctor for some dermal fillers and Botox . Dr .hassan ( plz forgive me if that’s not his name) lol im terrible with names he was very professional and walked me through everything and answered all the questions that I had. I went to a different salon before him and I wasn’t too happy with the results that’s why I was trying to find a different place when I came across this place. My face bruised quite a bit on the one side but other than that I have no complaints I’m very happy with the results and I will be returning in the future thank you guys again also the girls at the front desk extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to you

Wow I went into the salon today just to get a haircut and got Mona ( the owner ) and not only was she fun, upbeat & friendly, she is super talented. She did what I was told by many hair stylists said could not be done. She did the most amazing color and a perfect cut. I have never been this happy leaving a salon. Friendly staff beautiful salon.

I have gotten my eyebrows done here a few times, just a waxing and I love them, they look so clean and even. I usually will get them done with Mona the owner of the salon. Highly recommend this salon.

I am so impressed with Salon 360. I had a terrible case of box dyed quarantine hair and Zeina transformed my hair into the most beautiful baylayge. The staff is so professional and friendly, the entire salon is spotless. The front desk attendant when not helping guests was constantly cleaning and keeping the salon in pristine condition. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and everyone talked and enjoyed themselves. They offer a variety of services and the pricing is very fair. I also loved the modern decor and open concept it feels very airy and light. Cannot wait to go back ❤

Never going back, they overcharge and dont inform you of the prices till after your hair is done. It was uncomfortable and she got hair dye all over my face and just left it there so I had to walk around with brown stains on my face for two days. The most uncomfortable haircut and highlights Ive ever been through, youre not supposed to leave with your neck feeling the way mine did. LADIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Best experience ever I have gone here for both proms and to get my hair cut. I have never had a problem. I love the place. its so nice the women there are so polite. The salon was very clean and appeared “high end” if you will. The girl who washed my hair was very pleasant. She offered refreshments, engaged in casual conversation. My haircut was with Mona. She saw me right at my appointment time (in fact a few minutes before). She was nice, professional, and confirmed what I wanted and that what she was doing was good with me. This was my first time here, but I will definitely be back.

The future of skin care is here! I have been working with Lisa on improving my acne scars, sun spots and overall skin health. In the short 3-4 months I have been working with her, I have seen an ENORMOUS IMPROVEMENT in the overall appearance of my skin and the overall health of my skin. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable on the latest and greatest skin care procedures. She is very passionate about her work as she educates herself on and believes in the products she uses. Anyone looking to improve their skin or PREVENT aging of their skin should not look any further.

I don’t usually like getting my haircut because I usually end up not liking the way it looks but I just went to Jessica and I really like the way my hair turned out. She was very nice and personable too. I felt really comfortable with her. Next time I can get a haircut I will definitely go to her again.

I’ve had such a bad experience with hair salons almost my whole life. Then, I came across salon 360 & a bunch of my friends recommended this salon. I always needed a place to do my eyebrows and hair someone that actually listens to what I say and does exactly what I want. So, I went and met the owner Mona which by the way is the most amazing person you’ll meet she’s very outgoing, very professional, & just loves making her customers very happy & comfortable! I was told Mona is absolutely amazing with eyebrows so I went and tried her out and I have to say I’ve never had anyone do my eyebrows so perfect every single time I’ve gone. I knew about Mona from her beautiful worker Zeinab Berro who I met on Instagram. Zeinab is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met she’s so kind and caring an really loves what she does. She gives you her full attention and when it comes to hair that is something that us girls all need. Her work on Instagram impressed me and my friends so much that we all booked appointments different days and I’m not even joking when I tell you when I seen her work on my friends hair. I was absolutely blown away. I went and got my hair done right after & I was a bit nervous at first because of my past experience with hair specialist they always did the complete opposite of what I wanted and would extremely damage my hair. Zeinab did an amazinggggg job I was beyond happy with the customer service and results. This salon is legit the best salon I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend to everyone!!

I did the microdermabrasion treatment with Janette and I absolutely loved it and the experience. Janette is the sweetest woman & made me feel super comfortable and had a lot of information about my skin and what all she was doing to help my skin. One of the best salon experiences!!

The girls here are outstanding! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they made me feel comfortable, and as though I was in the right place to get my hair repaired. I went on a whim from a referral from a co-worker and Im happy I went! Everyone has their own opinions on different stylist but in my personal opinion I would suggest Erica because she took my dead hair and turned them into a beautiful locks! Worth checking out if you cant make up your mind on where to go. Well worth it!

Salon 360 is a very beautiful and relaxing environment. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, experienced and a pleasure to be around. They have done fantastic procedures for me with fantastic results. No one pushes services or products. I wish I could take the salon to Tennessee with me. It will be very difficult for me to locate a spa comparable when I move.

A couple of years ago out of shear desperation I got an appointment at Salon 360 in Garden City on a Monday. Notoriously every other salon was closed on a Monday. Jessica was my stylist and since that first meeting I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Salon, the staff, and most importantly, Jessica. She has been through and supported me through a lot of different beauty transitions and I cant imagine losing her or the salon.

Just had the best facial from Janette, my skin looks fantastic!Stop in or schedule an appointment with her shes the best!

I visited for the first time the 360 Salon in Garden City (11/19/2020) for hair-cut, color and eyebrow waxing.The service was very bad, the haircut stylist was not professional. And I was burned during the eyebrow waxing (now I have burn scar).

1.5 year update. I have permanent scalp damage from over processed hair job. My hair is now super thin, I have bald spots. Yup at the age of 22 I’m balding because of this salon and Mona’s work. I wish I could insert pictures. Please beware, if I can save one person, one young girls esteem it is all worth it. I can not believe one salon visit would change my life forever. (Please, when a client tells you their scalp is burning badly, and you see they have a fire red scalp,...remove product because obviously you did something wrong).. I will have to deal with balding and thinning hair my entire life now because of this place...

Ive been coming here for about 7 years and love it. The staff is always fun to talk to, Ive had several different people as my regular person over the years. Recently I brought my 2 and half year old son here for his first haircut and they spoiled him to help him be comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Zeinab Berro was my hair stylist when I went. She is so talented; she did an amazing job on my hair.
