They did an amazing job on my hands, eyelashes and eyebrows. It didnt take long and I was very satisfied with the way she communicated with me about taking care of what the things I had done. I will be visiting here again very soon

I love the way they use CDC guidelines to protect their customers and themselves. The service was also excellent and I would recommend them.

Terrible, I’d give a 0 if I could but the guy couldn’t speak English. I showed him a pic multiple times of what I wanted done and clearly asked if he could do it and had the materials. Long story short he didn’t know how to do what I asked and instead of saying so lied and starting yelling at me of course with the rest of the salon and said they wouldn’t finish the job. They only took my nails off after I went off on them. Any place where you get mad and Nasty over not doing your job correctly to the customer will never get business from me. First and last time going. The interior is also outdated as hell and prices are nowhere near what they should be for their level of work.

Did a great job on my nails! I thought the price was a little steep. But you get what you pay for! I have no other complaints other than I feel more space is much needed. They also are very cautious in protecting themselves and their clients dealing with this covid-19 mess.

Have been here a few times in the past and decided to go back this am. However after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes I left... if you do not open at 10 the internet and sign on your door should be changed. Bad business. I went to pooler and had a great experience

Took me in quick. No wait. Tech did a very nice job, very thorough. Only thing is to much happy chatting in their native language. Tends to make me feel a little vulnerable.

If I could give them zero stars I would, I went to get my lashes done and they didn’t last past two days. On both lashes the individual strips started coming off. I called and asked if they could fix them and the man said that it was my problem and that he wasn’t going to fix them. Mind you I gave a 5 dollar tip and I have been going to this nail salon ten years plus. Beware there is no loyalty and they are all about the dollar but not about the product.

Not a big fan. The guy was very gentle but left bubbles on my nails and definitely over charged me. $28 for a simple fill in. No designs and anything extravagant. Definitely will. Ot be going back.

I went here two weeks ago. They guy who did my fill made my nails thick and uneven. The polish gel polish didnt dry right. My middle finger nail needed to be removed and redone. Instead he just did my full and a week later my nail came off super easy. Dont waste your time on this place.

I Love my nail! Sue Anne did my nails. .. She is helpful and polite.. Small place and very busy on weekends ... But fortunately for me I got in a chair as soon as I walked in the door.. They do individual lashes and wax brows too!!

Very nice clean establishment. The reason for 4 stars is because most times in the afternoon or evening it gets really packed and the wait time to be seen can be up to 2hrs. It is better to go in the mornings when they are just opening for quicker service.

It was good they didnt take a long considering it was Easter weekend.

The guy rushed and did a poor job. When I went back they said my nails were fine. After less than a week it looked like they had been done 3 weeks. The nail polish is coming off all the nails.

1 stars horrible customer service the staff act like you cant have a opinion about your nails or feet. I been coming here for a while and they use to be friendly now its to much attitude. The nail polish is cheap got my feet done and the polish just peeled off the same day. I wont be back there ever again smh.

I received very poor service at nails first.I took my daughter there for her birthday and rushed on her nails and the color was supposed to be cotton candy and he put pink on her nails.My self I had the owner and she was so busy worrying about how was coming in the door so she could keep track of her money and what the other techs where doing til the sevice she gave me was bad I left with more white polish on my fingers then my nails.Trust goes both ways as a owner maybe she should have just been up front taken money( sad 😢and want return)There was not even a thank you for your business😢

I had the worst experience at this salon. They kept us there for two hours. The woman in charge of the shop was very rude and disrespectful to the customers. The technician who did my nails filed the so thin that I was in pain for two weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
