If you are a Groupon customer, dont even bother going to this place. Ive called to see if they had any appointments available on Wednesday for mani and pedi, the lady who answered the phone said that 7pm would be ok. I made it at 7:05 as soon as I walked in the salon, the lady (short, fat, not so subtle face) asked for my name. I apologized to her for being 5 minutes late and she didnt even answer me, she rolled her eyes, looked at another coworker and started talking in their own language. I ignored it and did not say anything. She asked me again many and Pedi and I said yes, as soon as I asked where the gel colors were, she got more irritated and pointed at the colors, she approached me and said to me oh btw, groupon appointments are done already. No more groupons now, only by appointment I said to her that Ive called to make an appointment and that it was not mentioned on the groupon that there was an specific time for groupon customers. She then asked me to reschedule. I decided not to proceed with the service, called groupon and got my money back. The customer service and attitude of this lady were disgusting. She shouldnt be in charge or running a business if this is here idea of treating customers.
I had a great experience here with my mom! The tech took care to pamper my mom who was getting a mani pedi and worked to make sure her and my nails were perfect! Would definitely come back! 👌🏻👌🏻
After moving from the city I was very disappointed with so many of the nail salons I had visited. One day while running errands in GC, I happened to come across this nail salon and popped in. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! Clean, friendly and doesnt smell like your typical salon. Their work is professional, detailed and long lasting.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. There’s something to be said about a place you go into and it’s empty each time. The owner or manager is very rude. The first time I went I was actually able to get my nails done, and tip well even though the results were poor. The other 3 times I’ve went in, I’m told they can’t do something or the person who does it isn’t available or “has to leave to pick up child”. It’s frustrating considering the person who told me this, once did dip powder on my nails. Needless to say, I won’t be back
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU NOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND WILL BE APPRECIATED! Worst experience and even worst nail craftsmanship. Not friendly initially and despite me waiting patiently and paying $5 extra for OPI Infinite Shine Polish as well as $10 extra for a simple nail border design. I ended up with excuses why my envisiones designed would end up messy (as it did) due to me not paying even more for gel polish. Sidebar: I was not told/offered the gel polish as a necessity from the start when I asked if they were capable of doing the simple design. It was only after she became frustrated with her own inability and the fact that it was closing time that she began making these poorly delivered excuses. And once I realized she had no interest or commitment to me leaving satisfied, she then proceeded to nastily say she is done and that it was closing time therefore I was not allowed to dry and when I said she should have mentioned all of this before I paid and waited for services she nastily said; now you know. Last time. Needless to say, approx. $27 later for a pretty basic manicure, I had to go right home and do my own nails. Totally unacceptable and deplorable. These people have no respect or passion for nail care and/or art. This is just a money grab opportunity for them and they lack skills, integrity and customer service. Do not give your money to ingrates.

Disappointed in the childish behavior of this business. I purchased a Groupon to come here just like I’ve done a few times before. I called around 5pm and the phone rang and rang. I figured they were busy so I’d try again in a bit. I called 5-6x for over an hour and nothing. I came to yelp to see their hours because maybe they were closed but nope, it said 8pm. I started reading the reviews and saw a lot of people complaining about the service they received/didn’t receive based on the fact that it was a Groupon. So I asked a friend to call from her phone and they answered immediately, she conferenced me onto the call and the person at the salon said they could take me and to come in 10 minutes. As I was giggling thinking about how ridiculous that was, they called my friend back and said they couldn’t take me, they misunderstood that it was a Groupon and they had people waiting and asked that I come in the next morning. The funny thing is— every time I’ve gotten my nails done here before, it’s ALWAYS been empty. I asked her why they didn’t answer the phone when I called but when my friend called there was no problem. She didn’t know what to say and nervously blamed it on the phone. Up until now, they had done a decent job on my nails and it was a convenient location for me but I’d rather take my business somewhere else. If you don’t like to service a pre-paid /discounted clients then don’t offer it. I always tip well regardless of my Groupon which is usually $50. Their loss, but now explains why the place is always empty. Customer service is non-existent. Thank god Groupon prides themselves on customer service and refunded my money.
Worst powder manicure ever. The woman was very rude and not even paying attention. When I told her my nails were messed up she just applied another coat and the result is horrible. When paying she said I didn’t let them dry and laughed. Wouldn’t recommend

What a bunch of thieves !! Been there a couple times and Service and quality has been mediocre and some times bad results and hence no tips. They have the guts to charge my card by adding 25% tips without my consent ?!#%^*+ what kind of people are they. Go elsewhere gals. There are plenty of other nail salons around town.
Not friendly, overpriced. Tried to converse, rude and curt. Would only talk with other employee and took two phone calls while doing my manicure. Wont return or recommend.
This place is the actual worst. My sister and I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. A week before I made an appointment for Sunday at 11; when we showed up they were first opening and seemed confused as if we hadnt made an appointment. They took us to go get the pedicures at which time the tech working on my sister was incredibly confused and kept asking the woman who was doing my nails what she should do next. It later came to our attention that she wasnt even a tech (which makes me wonder if she has any OSHA training etc.) At that point my sister and I had to share a technician and it took an hour and a half before either one of us even had polish on our toes. From that point we were taken to go get the manicures and this is where things really went downhill. At first we were sharing a tech again, but then another girl stepped in to start doing my nails. Im not sure if she was brand new or just awful but could not get the coats even so my nails were all different colors, polished down onto the skin and on some fingers the Polish didnt even go to the end of the nail. Her solution was to try to file my nail down to where it was polished and almost went below the quick at which point I had to pull my finger away in pain. My sisters Tech had to be asked twice just to file them because they were uneven and jagged looking. At this point I asked her to please just remove the manicure and we asked at asked them if they could just refund us to which they said they were unable to because it was purchased through Groupon. We called Groupon and they said they needed an email from the manager but every time we called the store we were told the manager was busy/off/out of state and would call back. Over a week later and no call back. Not only are they incapable of doing a good manicure but theyre a bunch of liars. If you notice theyve stopped responding to all their bad reviews, clearly they do not care.
Dont waste your money here! These people are unskilled, untrained, dishonest, and downright rude. Easily the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. My sister and I both purchased the Groupon deal for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. My sister and I showed up on time for our 11 am appointment on a Sunday. The staff was extremely frazzled, as they had all just walked in the door themselves, and asked us multiple times if we had an appointment (note for management- if youre offering 11 am appointments, perhaps staff should arrive before 11 am). Once wed settled in and picked our colors (with much confusion on behalf of the staff), the staff redeemed our Groupon vouchers--before even working on us--and we were seated for pedicures. One tech was working with a woman who also arrived at 11, one tech was working on my sister, and one tech was working on me. Much to my chagrin, my tech had no clue what she was doing! She asked if I wanted my toenails cut, and I asked her to file them, and she had no idea how to do that! She had to ask the tech next to her what to do. My technician put some type of masque on my legs and wrapped them in plastic, and just kind of left--I had to ask if it was okay to put my feet in the water to soak, as they still hadnt been put in (about 11:50 am at this point). At this point, my tech disappeared into the back, and it was made apparent that now my sister and I would be sharing a technician. The tech bounced back and forth between us, giving my legs a massage while my sister waited, then polishing her nails while I waited. Finally at about 12:40, the pedicures were finished and we were walked over to chairs for manicures, where wed again be sharing a technician. We asked if wed be sharing her the whole time, and she reported that one of their workers had called in sick and they only had two technicians, which was greatly disturbing as the woman who initially worked on my toes was not a technician. About halfway through the process of cleaning cuticles and other manicuring, the second technician freed up and went to work with my sister. My technician went to put the base gel coat on my nails when I stopped her and asked her if she was going to file my nails. She replied that she already had, but my nails were completely jagged, sharp, and uneven! I truly had assumed she was going to go back and shape them after the initial filing. She refiled my nails and went to start applying polish, when my sister, frustrated, showed me the awful quality of her manicure. She noticed that the color gel, which already had two coats applied was totally uneven; every nail was a different shade. The tech tried to apply different coats to even it out, but was not successful. Moreover, my sister noticed that the polish did not cover her entire nail. She showed her tech, whose solution was to file her nail past the quick to meet the polish! My manicure was heading in the same direction, uneven color and polish, so we asked the techs to stop, remove the polish, and refund our money. The techs apologized for the poor job, and agreed we needed to be refunded. Because we purchased through Groupon, wed need to get refunded through them. We left the shop just after 2 pm--over 3 hours! Fast forward over a week later, my sister and I have been trying, daily, to get the stores manager to call us back. I spoke with her once, and she asked me to forward her any communication Ive had with Groupon via email, which I did while she was still on the phone with me. She has yet to reply to my email or return any calls. Further, her store workers are extremely rude when they answer the phone, and offer a different excuse each time as to why the manager hasnt called back. Easily the WORST experience I have ever had.
