I have been a constant client for over 10years and been consistently pleased! The facility is extremely clean and the services are always done with expertc care

She did a horrible job on my nails... not even one week later they are lifting and they just dont look good... not to mention the man who was there was extremely short and rude from the moment I walked into the store... I should have known better when there was nobody else in the store

Very pleasant. Really take their time to make sure to make sure customer is satisfied. Calm and very clean environment. Been attending this salon for years and not looking to go anywhere else unless necessary.

Only a husband and wife work here and they have no other help. You either wait for hours or get turned away if their too busy. horrible service! They need to stop being cheap and hire people to help keep their business running other wise they won’t last! Don’t even waste your time trying to go.

I put this one my To Do list when I visit Michigan. Wife/Husband duo that run the entire operation. Very efficient and friendly, I never feel they are rushing to get to the next client. I will keep coming back.

Was so annoyed with the man that gave pedicure!! So rude!! I still tipped him and he never even said thank you!! Couldnt wait to get out of there!!

I’ve only been there once but the one time that I did go there I will say that they were both very generous very acknowledge a bowl they did a great job I would definitely recommend them to other people

So I needed to get my nails done, I dont live close to this location, I just happened to be in the neighborhood and I read so many good reviews so I decided to check it out. I wish I had never came there. I wad there 1 hour, before being serviced because only I tech could do acrylic, and then it took 1 hour and a half to do my nails. And it was a mediocre job. I wish I tad a difference experience. But id never goi or recommend someone to get service here.

Absolutely phenomenal work! SUPER CLEAN! Tracy took her time, fixed the terrible work another salon did. Her artwork is so pretty and impeccable! I highly recommend and will refer all my family and friends!

Very nice lady super good at nails! Its been almost a week and no nails have chipped or anything one of them broke but that was my fault !! other then the amount of time I had to wait I had a good experience

Went here on a Sat afternoon for a pedicure and manicure with shellac polish. Was there for over two hours because there’s only 2 people who work here, Tracey and her husband and only Tracey actually does nails. Sunday afternoon my shellac polish was chipping. By Tuesday 5 out of ten nails had chipped and 2 had broken. Stopped by Thursday afternoon to have my nails fixed and Tracey basically told me in so many words that it was my fault my nails didn’t last and proceeded to tell me how to take care of shellac and that I should get powder because it lasts longer. I’ve been wearing shellac for a number of years and the only time my nails don’t last is when the salon uses cheap shellac polish or the LED lights are not very good. Friday morning 2 nails that Tracy fixed the day before had chipped again. In my opinion the Shellac product used here is very cheap and it’s not worth your time or money to patronize this establishment.

O have come to Tracy for 5yrs.or more. Her shop is very clean. Tracy and her husband are very nice. My family and friends also Go to her. If anyone is looking for a clean, friendly place to work Tracy is also hiring nail techs.

I was in need of a mani pedi after work and Tracy and her husband were so nice, and stayed almost 2 hours past closing to do it right. Clean, friendly and caring, will definitely be back

I loved this place for the last 5+ years, and would have given it 5 stars and a glowing review until a few days ago. I was horribly insulted by Tracys husband when I was there last week, and I will never return. They talk behind you, saying what they think you cant understand.
