This was truly the worst pedicure Ive ever received. The owner was my nail tech. She was incredibly distracted and unprofessional, the pedicure took nearly an hour and a half, and it looks like a two-year-old did it. The nails are crooked, different lengths, and the gel polish is a mess. Theres barely any nail bed left on most of the toes. I paid for the service and even tipped because at least she is trying I guess? But I will definitely never go back. Dont waste your time or money here.

Gel pedicure took an hour and a half.  Technician did not remove all of my previous gel color and instead painted over it.  Nails were bumpy after 2 coats (probably due to the old gel color still on the nails) so the technician did 2 additional coats (total of 4), Im guessing to cover up the bumps???  Since there were so many coats, the gel polish bubbled up in spots.  I would have requested the nails be redone, however, I did not want the same nail technician and I had to get to an appointment.  I thought 2 hours would be enough time.  The service has seemed to go down hill recently.  Ive been going here for years and never had any complaints.  The last 2 times Ive been here, (I had dip last month), the quality has been poor.  Probably time to find a new nail salon.

Absolutely the worst services ever mani and pedi left me in pain, did not listen to my plea of my heel being too rough I ended up having two bleeding spots that 2 weeks later are still not healed my nails were not corrected even though I explained it to her before she started that they would need to be corrected with the tip. I have upward sloping nails she kept over shaping them to where I had barely any tips left NEVER AGAIN will I go here I came back and asked for a refund I did not get it NO ACCOUNTABILITYRESPONSE to your comment, If you recall I did come back in to get a remedy and you passed it off as being a contract employee and you couldnt do anything about refunding my money which is the only resolution because I did not require or want any other future services from this company. Its been a month and I am barely healing. I had to endure pain for that long because I have to wear shoes for my job that constantly rubbed my sores on my heal.

Mylinh is very nice and professional. My manicure needed a few touch- ups and she was very gracious in getting me right in and fixing. Really appreciate her graciousness. Recommend!

Went for pedicures with my sister and BFF and Mia took amazing care of us. She kept us laughing and having the best time. Such a great time and she did amazing with our flip flop feet!!

My daughter and I came to this location for manicures and pedicures. My daughters cuticles were cut and swollen for days. They were quick and did not do a quality job. My nails didn’t last a week. I would not recommend this salon.

WAS A NIGHTMARE WITH MIA FROM START TO FINISH PLUS I WAS OVER CHARGED AND HAVE FUNGUS. A STAPH INFECTION AND A BRUISED TOE. I SHOULD SUE YOU. REPORTING YOU TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR USING DIRTY TOOLS.

Well.. go here if you want to feel bad about your feet and have a simple pedi take an hour and a half. My feet are truly ugly, but my sister has cute tiny feet and she got made fun of the whole time. (Scheduled from earlier that morning. Not a walk in) I’m serious.. nothing beyond the normal $50 pedi. It sucked and wasted almost 2 hours. Had to wait about a half hour because they were so busy.Not sure what the 5 stars are all about 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely delightful, I dont get pedicures often but I would definitely come back here! Nam was so sweet and funny and took wonderful care of my dads feet, and Adrienne was very sweet and took great care of me! A++ definitely worth every penny and then some!! Oh, they were very clean and everyone was wearing a mask!

The staff is great. They were able to get me right in. They took their time, and it seems all of the other customers were pleased as well. I will only come here for my pedicures. Ive tried other places, but they dont scrub the heels as well, which is the whole reason I get a pedicure. 100% recommend.

It was HORRIBLE. 3 of us came in, and they cut all of our fingers. The gel polish is horrible. There’s stuff that landed in it between the color and the clear coat that they didn’t do anything about. One of our nails fell off within 3 days. They wouldn’t do anything to fix the problems. Then threatened to call their lawyer if I leave a bad review.

Ive visited here many times but for personal reasons I hadnt been there in awhile. When I walked in the staff remembered me me. The service was good and I was treated very well. I will definitely return.

Was pretty disappointed. Maybe I’m too much of a perfectionist, but there was polish all over my cuticles and skin after this pedicure. I pointed it out and she did her best to clean it up, but in the end I don’t feel it was worth the cost.

DO NOT go here - there are many other better and less expensive places that provide better quality. I think my nail person was Vie and I ended up with one of the worst acrylic fills ever! Poor technique, acrylic underneath nails, one chipped w/in a week. My regular person was out sick so tried this place...should have know better with all the awful reviews on Yelp!

The lady that did my nails was not very nice and just seemed like she wanted me out of there as soon as I walked in. My nails are already lifting and they charged me WAY too much money. Would not recommend.

The place is clean. My positive impression ends there. The staff try very hard to up sell. Despite being clear about what I wanted, I was asked at least four separate times to buy a more expensive service. I declined each time, insisting on just a standard pedicure. I was cut twice during my pedicure. And then at the end, I was charged for a more expensive service despite saying “no” every time I was asked.

Super clean and friendly. Its one of the best nail salons. My tech Lin is a perfectionist and my toes/nails always look great!!

I popped in hoping I could get a fill.. my usual spot was having technical difficulties and I had two broken nails and 3 weeks of growth. They took me in and fixed me up! My nails look stunning and Mike was so friendly and chatty. Im extremely pleased with my nails.Update!I love Vy and my nails always looked amazing. Currently on a nail hiatus due to pandemic stuff. But I cannot wait to get back!

Absolutely do not go here no matter what!! I had a gel polish that needed to be taken off before my pedicure. The girl took a huge sharp instrument and went to peel off my gel which should have been filed off like every other place. She literally ripped of a huge chunk of my toenail that bled profusely! She quickly put alcohol on it which made it worse and kept wiping to try to stop the bleeding. I told her to stop touching me. I was done! She continued to try to clean it and move on. I literally just put my shoes on so she couldnt touch me anymore. This place is the absolute worst!!!

V is the best! I always am satisfied with my nails. We change the nails around and she does a great job on my toes too.

Worst place! Ivy had the worst manners I have ever encountered, the other lady ruined my sisters nails and cut her finger by over filing.

My experience at LV nails has always been good. Always greeted with a smile and they listen to what you want done. Ive had pedicures, manicures, full set of nails and been treated like family and not just a customer.

The people who work here were absolutely fantastic, they got my daughter and me in last minute as well as did amazing on our nails! I will definitely be back there

Nit always takes time and gives attention to every aspect of doing my pedicure. She listens well and asks questions about my comfort as she does the pedicure.

My mom went in on a Wednesday to get gel nails before she left for her trip. She left with 4 cuts in her cuticles from the lady using the cuticle cutter. The gel nails were awful! Today is Friday and all the glitter and color have come off. Her nails are just white from the gel, but no color. And one of the cuts is infected so she has to put an antibiotic ointment on it with a bandage. She says her nails hurt and look awful. I was really disappointed to hear the quality of work this nail salon does and would never recommend it.

The girl that did my pedi did a good job. Reason why I knocked it down a star is when j booked it there was some confusion on how much to charge me and what pedi package I was treated. If k didnt say hey I booked the deluxe, I would of been treated like a basic and been really disappointed. Also the girl that did my sisters nails, messed up within mins after drying for over 20 mins. The next day we called and they were reluctant on redoing them.

Love this nail salon! Been going here for 6 years and every time I go I am welcomed and feel at home. Hands down the best salon and have never had an issue with my nails. Their work is guaranteed and will not go anywhere else!! I have recently moved and could go to another salon but won’t because V and her staff take care of you!!! Love it!!!

I’m extremely picky when it comes to getting my nails done. Vy, the owner, did them and she did AMAZING. She’s so sweet and takes pride in her salon. She also waxed my upper lip and eye brows which turned out perfect. The price is extremely affordable. I will definitely be coming here again!

I am not one to write badly of a place... But I wouldnt go back again. My friend and I tried this place after a recommendation from a friend. As others have said we were rushed to pick colors. I was getting my acrylics removed by a technician who had never done it before. She kept electrically filing my entire nail instead of just the acrylic portion. The edges of my nails are rough with a poor polish job, and I kid you not she dropped my phone on the floor and cracked my screen and didnt say anything!!! For my friends nails, she got her acrylics filled. By the owner. She didnt fill to her cuticles and rushed the paint job that it looked awful

These folks give you your moneys worth with excellent massages during your pedicures! My nails look great and I have never had a problem with them. The workers are professional and very sweet. The shop is very nice and the pedicure chairs are fantastic! I recommend them all the time because I have ALWAYS been happy with my visits to LV Nails over the past several years.

I went here on recommendation from the owners daughter and was not disappointed! I had a very intricate design and they were happy to help! Would recommend to anyone and everyone especially for cool nail art!

The staff was very personable but I paid $10 more than I do anywhere else for a regular French tip acrylic set. I have only had them 4 days and the gel top coating is chipping everywhere on the sides and near my cuticles. Some parts weren’t even filled in completely. The sides I had to file down on my own because they weren’t set correctly. The only reason I went here and not my regular EZ nails spa to get my nails gone is because I went with my sister and it’s closer to her house. I will use the gas money I paid the extra money I did for a set there to take her across town next time to go to my usual place.

Ivy did my nails a few months ago. I was worried about getting my nails done because I haven’t had them done before then. She did a great job and was extremely friendly. I would recommend her to anybody.

One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Spent time on it and didn’t rush, even rubbed oil on the spots where I had calluses after exfoliating. My feet feel amazing!

I have been going to V and her husband Mike for the last 4 years on and off. (Off mainly because I moved and I was too lazy to drive the distance) But let me tell you!! You will be glad that you drove this distance. I live in Meridian so it is about a 30 minute drive and I am so glad I am now dedicated to making it. V and Mike are truly a wonderful team and have created a wonderful staff. I have seen this Nail salon go through such a transformation over the years and the new lay out is the best so far!!! When Ever I go in I usually tell V or Mike what I want or I let V pick the color and she never disappoints. She does all of her nail art design by hand and honestly I have always been happy with the design she chooses. My sister, grandmother and I have been long time Fans of this nail salon and love it every time we go here. My grandmother is a diabetic and CAN NOT be cut and V and mike are the only ones she trusts to do her pedicure right every time! I never worry about cuts or infections here because V and Mike make sure everything is just top notch! I went to a nail salon ( 2Q nails in meridian) and it was horrible. I got cut and it mademe return to V and Mike. my acrylic on my nails were already lifting and it had only been done maybe 2 weeks before I came into LV Nails. Mike took his time and made sure my nails would look amazing. I asked his opinion on what color of pink would be the loudest and brightest and he did not disappoint. The staff here is super sweet and not pushy. The last salon (2q nails) literally gave my friend a gel pedicure when she wanted normal and was super pushy to the point of pretending that (6 times of telling them normal) that we said gel... made me mad... Here I dont have that problem. I have no worries of being cut, rushed, pushed, or anything of that nature. To come here and have your nails done is truly relaxing and honestly one of the best places to go and have a girls day. I love the staff, Location and service I get here! It makes me soo happy! If it is your first time I definitely recommend requesting V or Mike! just to ease you into things but once you become a regular, all of the girls here are amazing and sweet!!!

I had my first experience with Vy the other day and it was awesome. She was so kind, introduced herself, was very concerned about my comfort and happiness. She also stayed open late for me. I will definitely return. I havent experienced such good customer service in quite a while.

Me and my sister went here because it was the only place we could find that had availability for walk ins and now I know why. I got shellac French tip and it was the worst manicure I have ever received. Looks horrible. Air bubbles and fus under the polish and she filed my nails down way too short it was painful. Then she would try to prevent me from looking at them because she knew she did so bad. Also pretty sure none of their tools were properly sanitized. Very very disappointed I wasted my money on this. I will never be back and will make sure none of my friends or family waste their money here.
