Our heat went out unexpectedly in the middle of the night in the middle of this crazy snow storm.Not only was the phone answered at 7am, but he was out within an hour to fix our furnace which was impressive since it was still snowing and the roads must have been rough.Very professional,VERY affordable. Fixed the issue quickly while also giving detailed explanations for what happened and how to handle it ourselves next time.Will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Chuck provided the definition of quality customer service- he was able to fix our boiler quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. We initially hired another company to do the job and they 1. Left us without heat for 2 weeks and 2. Were unable toComplete the the repair. Following this experience, we called Chuck and he saved the day! He fixed our heat quickly and followed up to make sure it was working properly. We plan on using him for all of our hvac/plumbing needs in the future !!!!
I was referred to KCK by my realtor for my home when it went under contract and needed some TLC. This is family run business so they take extra pride in their work. They stand behind their work unconditionally and from a cost perspective, theyre actually ethical. I just had a great experience with Cory from KCK Air Conditioning & Heating. He was to my house in under an hour and truly went above and beyond to diagnose my problem, explain what he was doing and get my heat fixed! Cory was honest, straight forward, patient and just all around nice guy. I highly recommend!

Chuck the technician came over for a seasonal inspection. He thoroughly tested the inside and outside unit. He found a weak capacitor in the outside unit and told me what would happen if the part failed in the future. I opted to replace the part and the problem was solved. He installed a new capacitor and retested the unit and lastly cleaned the outside unit with a water based solution. I joined KCKs Maintenance plan and all my experiences have been positive.
