My ac broke on the hottest day this year. They came out the same day. Unfortunately I needed a whole new system. Within on week all was done. They were efficient, nice, kept everything clean. Perfect job. They had to cut holes in the dry wall to run a pipe, the person came out on Sunday I to repair the holes. I couldn’t even see the patch work. wow. I have been using them for almost 10 years and they always come out almost the same day. What service.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Quality Air provided an accurate and fair estimate of the work. They arrived on time, protected all the floors in the work area with drop cloths. They did a professional job, and explained everything they were doing. I have used them before and I will use them again.

We used this company for their handyman services, not HVAC. David was very responsive and professional, as was his team led by Pablo. We had them repair rotted wood on an addition and paint, as well as a list of small things in the house. Everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up well after each project. We have just contacted David to do a couple more jobs. Highly recommend!

When my water heater broke two months ago, I relied on the reviews I could find on the Internet to contact a few HVAC contractors. David was the most responsive, straight forward, and professional contractor among the few I dealt with. David listened to me, he answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable to work with him. He provided me an estimate during the on-site inspection, and I felt I could trust him, so I hired him on the spot. I later also realized that David’s estimate was also lower than the other two on-line estimates I received a couple of days later.David and his team did a wonderful job in replacing my water heater. I was very pleased with their workmanship and attention to details. They cleaned up everything after the work was done.I have thought about replacing my HVAC system. It is still working, but it is just old and not efficient. A good HVAC contractor is not easy to come by. So after the good experience of working with the Quality Air & Heating Inc., I decided to hire them to replace the entire HVAC system.Once again, David and his team were on-time, on-schedule and did a superb job. I am so glad that I found Quality Air & Heating Inc.

When we needed to replace our water heater, Quality Air & Heating was by far the most responsive of all the 4-5 companies that I got estimates from. I cant tell you how much I appreciated Daves willingness to listen; his clear, straightforward communication; and his efforts to work within my schedule. The new water heater has been installed and is working. And according to my neighbor who let the inspector in, it all passed inspection in one minute.

Dave has done a great job for us over the last 3 years. Hes gotten to know our HVAC system flung throughout a 120 year old house, kept all the drainage lines from clogging, and ensuring our NEST set up is optimizes for a complex, multi-unit (Heat Pump, Electric) system. Highly recommend, especially if your HVAC system is complex and smart.

Quality Air & Heating has helped us so much over the last few years! We had a tankless water heater that gave us a number of problems over a 12-month period (and left us without hot water on more than one occasion). At the time, we had a home warranty but they would not send in a trusted resource that had experience with this particular make/model. I canceled the home warranty because working with Dave and the Quality Air & Heating team far superseded the value, results, and trust I had in the home warranty and their list of approved providers. The team at Quality Air & Heating is professional, prompt, and fair. I recommend them to everyone.
