I dont write many reviews, but in this case I believed one was well deserved. Mannix Heating and Cooling was hired to remove and replace the gas furnace in our condominium a few months ago. They did a great job with the furnace, but what impressed me even more was the customer service I received. I dealt directly with the owner, Jerry Mannix, and I had a lot of questions since this was a pretty major purchase. Its rare that I ever feel completely comfortable with most contractors these days, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are still some who do truly care about their customers satisfaction and the quality of their work. I really cant say enough about how pleased I was with the overall experience I had with Mannix Heating and Cooling. Thank you Jerry!

Mannix technician Oscar came out last week to do a yearly check on our air conditioning systems. He was so knowledgeable and helpful about explaining things to us, and he went above and beyond to get the system working properly. We were very impressed the Mannix service.
