There has been an improvement in Taxi Solanos service, since they combined their company with other taxi companies. Theres a need for better taxi services in Gainesville, Georgia. Where theres a need, theres also an opportunity to make money.

It takes over 30 minutes to get a taxi. The prices go up and down depending on who is driving you. Very inconvenient if you have another method please use this is just in case of emergencies. Would not recommend

Excellent service. Friendly drivers and very clean cars.

Called a cab. Driver arrived late and mad that he couldnt find my address. Told him where i needed to go but got irritated and started to scream and raise his voice at me. Told him to drop me off but wouldnt let me off. Dropped me a mile from where he picked me up and demanded $4 for showing up. Gave him the $4 but complained to the base.

Everytime i call there is a problem. Not only rude but they act like they dont understand you and then just sit there and say nothing. When you ask if anyones there they can never find an address u are going to. What a shame they treat ppl like that.

Very unprofessional driver!! I received service today and ended up regretting ever calling this company. The driver drove like a maniac and was disrespectful towards other drivers on the road cursing them out her window. I felt unsafe and in danger. I will never EVER call them again.

The guy with the number 27 smelled really bad not trying to be rude but I almost trew up and gave me a bigger headache

I left my wallet at home by accident and taxi driver had another call, he left me half way to my destination and sped off I asked for his taxi number and never got it so I could call and pay him back really horrible service and unprofessional he also cursed me out which is not a problem for me just thought I would include this. Over all won’t use this taxi any time soon ever till they have better service!

I did a reservation on Friday with the owner Antonio. Today no one show up to my pick me up, when I called taxi Solano and no one know about nothing they hung up at me and when I call again a lady with the name Alejandra was very rude and she also does not know what was going on. Poor Customer SERVICES Not RELIABLE!

Nice cars

Every time I see a Solanos taxi they are on the phone without a hands free device. They also break several traffic laws within a short distance. Definitely would not recommend.

Another taxi company that’s rated higher told me they were to busy for me even though I called 45 minutes in advance. These guys showed up within 10-15 mins. The driver was actually a good driver and I didn’t fear for my life with him driving. And they charged less than the other company.

Best service i have ever received. Even better then uber! Every time i travel to the airport they give me the best service with great prices! Best prices to the Atlanta Airport and you should give them a call!

Very rude taxi drivers. One tried coming onto me. Most definitely will not be Calling again. There is nothing but perverts that drive here.

I called to inform them of one of their drivers driving dangerously on the road. The driver #68 almost hit me 2 times. The first time while stopped at a red light. The driver came up behind me blowing the horn. I could not proceed into oncomimg traffic. The driver continued to get so close to my back end of my car. Then, I was almost hit again when the person in front of me hit their brakes. The driver was not slowing down. This driver was driving erratically. Later in the afternoon, the driver called my personal number. The office gave out my phone number to a driver that I called to complain on. This person has called me 6 or more times. Highly unprofessional and dangerous. I wouldnt use this service for anything.

Driver tailgated me July 4 on White Sulphur Rd. and then blew horn at me just for slowing down to turn off onto a side street. I did nothing wrong. Uncalled for and not appreciated.

Driver of car #31 was tailgating myself and other drivers on Jesse Jewell Pkwy. He was also driving with his brights on. Safety is clearly not a concern.

The guy was rude told me I had to pay him before I got to my house shoo had to go to ATM at publix so that he could see me get momey off my card . Used them before and they made me late for work and I called at 5 to be at work before 7am

Cut my family off while driving. Was oblivious to their turn signal staying on for over 2 miles while in front of us. Proceeded to not pay attention to light when we had a leading green to turn and ultimately ran a red light causing us to miss the light entirely. No one in their right mind should pay to ride in this taxi unless they have a death wish or do not want to get to where they’re going.

The driver of unit 53 is a very rude person !!! I get yelled at me! I was offended and did not lend myself to the service! I had never had problems with any lousy driver the unit 53!

Of the worst Yesenia that surely is not her name was so rude just because I asked her to see if there was anything left in the taxi. With so many services, dont use them again.

Ok I speak Spanish You have to fire the three women because Im filing a complaint with the city. Was stranded to my husband for 2 hours due to his rude employees.
