After spending the day dealing with a very sick dog, and then blowing out my tire on the interstate on the way home from the animal hospital, she came to the rescue! What a wonderful find! It is Memorial Day weekend and me and my disabled wife have back to back appointments and are trying to get across town in 5 pm traffic to pick up my parents from the hospital. There was no way to get to my parents quickly with all that going on! My wife found Luxury Cab Service and called and spoke with Kenya and was able to arrange a much faster pick-up for my parents! We were concerned because my parents had never taken a cab. They did great and loved Kenya! Kenya picked them up within a half hour of our call, in a nice Lincoln Town Car, which my parents love,and drove them home! Without a doubt the most professional and consistently reliable taxi service Ive ever used. I fly to GNV regularly and I never worry Ill be late to the airport or left stranded at the airport waiting for a ride home. I simply call before, book an appointment and they are always there, most of the time early. When they arrive they text me theyre out front, and the minute I open the door the driver jumps out of the car to help with luggage. On my return to the airport, they are always waiting for me curbside.Kenya (the Manager) has chosen her drivers carefully, and theyre all pros. I feel safe and secure when Im in the taxi, and know Im in good hands.

Patrons beware this taxi company will rip you off!! I called them for a ride to work on 7/26/2017. EPIC MISTAKE! They charge a fifteen dollar flat minimum on all fares that isnt over fifteen dollars but wont tell you this till after you arrive at your destination. So why use a meter? Will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN! I see why they chose the name Luxury because theyll rip you off with the best of them.# justuseuber

Ms. Keke was one of the most down to earth, respectful, and friendly cab drivers Ive ever encountered. Also very reliable, she drove me from Gainesville to Archer, and informed her that I needed a ride back to Gainesville very early the next morning. She was early for my return trip, waited patiently while my girlfriend finished getting ready, and even took me a few miles further with no extra charge. She was very understanding of a tough family situation and even offered helpful insight. Highly reccomend her company for any cab needs.

Called 2 minutes after scheduled time had passed and they didnt have me on their schedule.Thankfully, there were plenty of Ubers at 7 a.m. to take me to my GRE testing location.

Was left hanging at the hotel. Called 10 mins after appt time and the woman who answered said she was trying to call the driver and he was not answering his phone. Lovely. Had to call a more dependable service. I wont use them again when in Gainesville.

I used this company a few times while I was in gville. It was over priced but I liked Kiki the driver. So we gave her a chance. She was late on ever pick up and even missed our pick up time taking us to the the airport causing us to miss our flight. She texted us saying she over slept. Well thats your job! If your a business person do not use this company!! Take Gainesville taxi trust me !
