They are nice and dont act like robots. They are polite and they always show up. Professional on one hand but also friendly and understanding that sometimes people have a bad experience and just having someone listen and smile and not be like a stranger makes me feel more comfortable. After all if you think about it Im riding in the back of some guys car I dont know

Great overall experience the gentleman was a transplant from Ireland and Im Irish so we had a great conversation and he taught me a lot about my heritage it was more than a taxi cab ride it was a bit of a Divine appointment I give them five stars

Funny, friendly, talkative drivers. Theyre pretty understandable if you let them know you need a break on the fare. However, the cars are old and sometimes parts dont work right or theyre dirty etc.

Sometimes they show up sometimes they dont but will not call to let you know that no one is coming to pick you up as I sat at handy for five hours before I walked home to Pinellas park

I enjoyed my ride today, the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The ride was quick and easy. The driver also helped with my bags and also waited for me for a round trip. If I ever need a cab again I’ll make sure to call independent taxi! Thank you so much

I was just trying to call to check how they charge people and interrupted me while I was talking ! The man told me where are you going I’m coming, I told him no I’m not going- and then he hung up the phone! He needs to learn to listen !!!!!!!

Called they answer said they were coming to pick me up then hung up. Kept on calling but they kept on hanging up after 7-8 times i gave up bad business
