Numerous failed attempts to get someone to answer, and when someone did answer I got hung up on 3 times. This is no way to conduct business. The behavior displayed by your staff was rude and unprofessional. If your reaction is to hang up on someone who speaks English, even though you state you are an English speaking service. Dont advertise a service your not going to uphold or want to provide. The dispatch person never even gave me a chance. Will not recommend or try your service again.

Will Never Use this place. They dont know directions and hung up on me for being upset that they didnt come . What gets me is how some folks can have a business and not know how to run it.I wouldnt waste my money with them. Also I find it messed up that the driver made the mistake and told me I would have to wait an hour for them to return. I specifically said SOUTH TOWER ENTRANCE. He went everywhere but to that entrance and raised his voice at me and hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes only to have to call another taxi service. Im going back to lyfts... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Please do not use this service it is a nightmare. My driver misunderstood the instructions he went to the next parking lot over when I asked him to come back he called me a liar and said that he could sense trouble and that he was leaving. I called dispatch I told them what he said he said I should call another taxi they did not want that kind of trouble. I am 64 years old and it was raining and I went to the other parking lot to show him a photograph of an empty please do not use this service.

Called them no one answered the phone

Well I have to say I’ve used this company about 4 times not the second time I used them the driver got lost and charged me double of what I normally pay, tonight I tried them again and the dispatch sent them to the wrong building, he called me to make sure it was right then when I got in his car, he started to apologize more, this is a amazing company will be using them again
