I usually always call this taxi service, but today, i got very disspaointed. i called a taxi, and they didnt even come! I called another and canceled the other one, and they didnt come either! I waited for about half an hour and nothing!! I had to call another taxi service!

Great cab driver, he picked me up after my mother dying at gainsvilke hospital and drove me to dahlonega. 175 hyalite road . he was so great. thursday morning

They never answer the phone and over charge when they do show up.

I use a walker or cane, and these kind people accommodated my situation very nicely. I would not call another taxi service. They are always on time and very courteous. Their prices are affordable also. Thank you, Fiesta

Good luck in getting them to answer their phone hope the Taxi driver doesnt get lost, IF they say the taxi driver will be at your location in 15 minutes plan on waiting 45 minutes to an hour!

Friday after work I called for a taxi and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. She had an attitude the whole time and then hung up on me. I will never call this company again. You guys should make sure that whomever answers the phone knows how to treat and talk to people. Also she huffed and puffed like my call was bothering her. I have spent lots of money with this company but I would rather pay double on a lyft than deal with the woman who answered the phone today.

A little expensive but good Id you in a tight place without uber. Up here the no uber situation can happen often

Worst driver I have ever had.

The drivers are mostly spanish speaking but they get you where you need to go fast. Although several of the cans are in bad condition and worry me about there ability to drive safely.

This is not a reliable taxi service, they have no sense of time when giving customers an ETA.After my first call, I waited 25 minutes the whole time staring at 2 of the drivers in the parking lot I was waiting in.I called again, was told the driver went some where else. After I had given dispatch my location. This was another 20 minutes wait after being toldstold was 5 minutes away. Called the third time and was told she was there when she in fact was not. I was put on hold.....Driver finally arrived. Seeing I had a buggy of groceries which at this point had all melted and thawed out, she did not open up the hatch so we could load or groceries so we piled them in between the seats. That is when I noticed the driver was not wearing any shoes.That went from bad to worse. She drove the entire way to our destination like this. Since when is it ok for drivers servicing the community to drive like this??Their lack of quality customer service and lack of regard to safety clearly makes this a taxi service that one should not call upon.Very bad experience over all.

Why have a business name and not be a legit business, I called the first time to request a Taxi 35 min later I call again to actually see if the driver was on his way and a man picks up and literilly as I ask if the driver is on his way, dude hangs up.

Dispatch lies they have no clue, they will call and say your cab is waiting on you when in fact the cab is not even close to you. Not professionaland a total joke.

Called for a quote and the young lady told me my ride would be 20 dollars well when its time for me to get out of cab he tried charging me 30 dollars I wouldnt suggest these people to anyone sorry not sorry

They are not reliable at all...I tried calling multiple times No one picked up on my fourth try someone picked up and hung the phone up in my ear while I was trying to speak with them (man) And most of them have no idea where they are going (majority)

Today I called the base and the lady said that the base in 10 minutes my taxi arrived and never arrived. 30 minutes passed and he said the same thing to me in 5 minutes. In the end I never arrive. I called again and never answered the base. Terrible service

I called the base that will send a taxi they told me that I was already going, as in 25 minutes a taxi arrived and I got on a bus too the taxi was riding an American was walking around me for about forty minutes, then made my career to Myers school Elementary school and I picked up my son and then he brought me to a dental clinic, worst of all he charged me $ 25 is too bad service 😠😠😠
