Please do not come here to get your acrylics soaked off! If you like healthy nails! They will take your acrylics off with a plastic nail tip and cuticle cutter! I asked if they charge you for it when they take them off like that and she told me $6. I originally wanted a soak off, full set, and manicure. After seeing how she was going to take my nails off I did not want to continue with the rest of my services and she told me she could buff them. She did, I washed my hands she asked if I wanted a clear coat. I said no because at this point I’m going to have to go get my full set somewhere else, and I don’t want to have to get my nails buffed down again. So she charged me $13 for not getting a clear coat.

My polish was sloppy. The massage portion of the pedicure was very short and lacking. And even though we were the only ones in there they rushed us through the pedicure as fast as they could. Not relaxing at all!

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 3 years! I am always happy with how my nails look and think they have the best colors for SNS. I’m giving this 4 stars because in the past one of the nail techs that was a guy broke my nail twice on 2 different occasions due to talking with his co workers and not being attentive to me (among many other reviewers experiences as well). I now see Annie there for my SNS nails and she is amazing!

Literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They are so over priced. I paid $80 for bumpy, short, uneven nails and I don’t even want to talk about the “design” I literally had to change what I was going to get done and they still managed to mess it up. Never going back to this place again.

They are very money hungry and go by a different name in the store (Oasis Nail Spa). It was VERY hard to find them online while I was sitting in their store so I could do their review.Immediately they tried to sell me on dry fast nail polish without telling me it costs more. Then when I asked for the basic pedicure on their paper menu they told me I couldn’t get it cause it was only for kids. ($25) Some of the employees are really kind and nice, but they have a man employee who acts like he is high. Constantly shouting out things - really annoying.Overall, the VERY LOUD TV, with the rap background music, and the shouting employee...I will not be returning.**IF THIS IS A SPA...IT IS NOT RELAXING!!**

Looked at the pictures and thought this would be a good place to go to get my nails done, but I thought wrong. This was my first time at this salon and it was below average. When I walked in I thought the place looked clean and was greeted immediately. The place was not busy so I got in for my mani and gel color change right away. I sat down and a girl started to take off my gel with a nail file instead of the nail drill and it hurt. Then after she did one hand told me someone else would be taking over, that’s fine, I see now she was just prepping. I never got the guy doing my nails name. He didn’t talk to me much, he seemed to have preferred talking to his co workers the entire time. I asked for rounded and half of my nails are the other half are uneven. Overall was not pleased and didn’t seem like they cared if I was there or not.UPDATE:I have now attached photos. The first 2 photos are immediately after the service. I mostly was just not pleased with the accuracy or the shape and my experience at that point. But now, I decided to give them 1 star because 2 days of my new nails and they are stained, shape is still not making me happy and my nails are chipping already. My last gel manicure I got from somewhere else lasted me 6 weeks no chipping. I only needed them done again because they had grown out so much, they still looked just as good 6 weeks later. This job barely lasted 6 days. Horrible. I thought about going back and have them fix it but why would I sit there uncomfortably AGAIN to hopefully get it right?

Yesterday was my first time coming here. I had a bad experience at another nail salon and they were so nice. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend anybody to this nail bar.

I went there a few days ago with a friend to get my acrylics done. I understand a longer set would cost a few extra dollars but the guy that was doing my nails said it would be 5$ extra and I asked again about the extra cost and he went back and said 7$ extra. they over priced me. then every time his phone would ring he’d get on the phone and answer it. He stopped midway through the acrylics and it was bubbled over. I asked for 5 colors and he charged me 10 extra dollars. my nails are already chipping. I went here because the pictures looked like it was a good place to go. it isn’t. this is my worst experience ever.

I would give them 0 stars but i cant cause google doesnt let me do that .So i went there this weekend right And i ask the guy for a refill and sns on my aryclic and the guy went to get gel polish before he put the gel on my aryclic i told him that i wanted sns and he said no because i had on gel .I had on sns from another nail place and it got me mad because they said they said they cant put sns.And my mom already paid .So i just said okay put the gel on and when he was filing my nail he made a cut on my skin .So while he was doing that he was talking things about me with his co workers and my sister was telling me and i said i dont care im not coming here again.They did a bad service not worth your money or your time.Next time im going to a home nail tech .

I went here with a couple of my bridesmaids to get our nails done before my wedding. We had an appointment but had to wait about 30 mins before they were able to start on at least one of us. One ended up leaving with no services done after about an hour of just sitting. They did a great job on my nails-I was very impressed. HOWEVER, they are severely overpriced. I got SNS manicure and the basic pedicure and paid $117 BEFORE TIP! For the $28 pedicure, they added on $17 for gel AND an extra $5 for doing french tip (None of this was mentioned beforehand). I was at the salon for a total of 3 hours (It has never taken me that long....ever) This place is not worth the money.

Overpriced and not friendly staff. One of the guys who did a pedicure made my toe bleed and tried to play it off. Not only that, he kept filing down where he caused my toe to bleed making it worse. I had to mention several times it was causing pain.

I hate to do this, but I was not happy with how my nails turned out at all. The pedicure was great, and the lady did amazing, but there was a young man who took over my nails, and let me tell you; the results were not pretty. My nail shape was filed so bad, and he put too much polish on one end of my nail that chipped only an hour after I left, and I got gel nails which are typically so durable. On other nails he put too little polish and they look so sheer, even near the edge of the nail where the skin grows, it looks so unprofessional. I do my nails on my own some days, and I even do a better job myself. My nails are lumpy and it’s my fourth day with them and they’re cracking and peeling so bad. This is the salon I went to just in case someone makes the assumption I’ve mistaken them for a different salon. I highly doubt I will be giving this business my money again.

If I could give this place no stars and a thumbs down I would. I had my nails and toes done on Thursday of last week for an upcoming concert. I chose to do the dip and. The man that done my nails was extremely rude and I could feel him talking about me in his language. My nails were so thin that the very next day 2 nails had came off. I then went in and had them fixed. This time they were VERY thick and sloppy. One of them was sticking straight up. Then the next day another nail had popped off. I called and asked for a refund for them to tell me NO! I do not have time to keep going back everyday for them to fix a broken nail . Besides that they looked even more horrible !!!

SNS and pedicures are always flawless. My SNS by Henry is ALWAYS perfect. SNS lasts up to two months and I’m rough on my hands. Henry is the best!

First time in this salon today. The decor looks so clean and fresh. They have a million gel colors to choose from. Also have S&S and do designs. Got Rosa to do my toes and she was extremely polite and did a fabulous massage. Anthony did my nails and did a great job. The owner (from what I can tell) was friendly and greeted me promptly when I walked in the door. Over all the experience was awesome.

Went here to get my nails done for my birthday with a friend! We walked in and was politely greeted by a young woman! Than we was sat down to get acrylics. The men was was doing our nails were okay. Didn’t really talk much! Both of our nails looked good when finish. Until 3 days later, both of our nails were already falling off. I’ve never had a problem with acrylics coming off within a few days. I’m only giving two stars because it was a decent experience in the salon. Other than that I was very upset that I spend $25 for nails that last one a couple days!

The only reason I’m not giving this salon 5/5 is because it’s not the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had. That one was while I was on vacation and I don’t think anyone can top it. With that being said, I really enjoyed my pedicure here. I walked in, was told to sign in and pick a color and was seated in a pedicure chair in about 5 minutes even though they were busy. I then only waited about 2 minutes for the technician to come by. She politely showed me the list of pedicures because this was my first time here. She did a wonderful job on my toenails and color and the pedicure was very enjoyable. She kept up polite conversation (most of the techs spoke English well) and I could see other technicians doing the same with their customers. The place is clean and cute and I saw them thouroghly clean the pedicure bowl (sink? 🤷🏼‍♀️) after the lady next to me was done. All in all I had a very pleasant experience and will be back if I’m this side of town again!

I have been looking for a good nail salon since I moved out here from California a little over a year ago but had not found a place I liked until now! A few of the girls I work with told me about this place so I decided to try them out and could not be happier that I did. When I entered every inch of the salon said modern and classy. I was greeted by a staff that was smiling and seemed to enjoy being at work. The receptionist checked me in, helped me pick out my colors, and even visited with me from time to time while they were doing my nails. The gentlemen who did my nails was careful and attentive to what he was doing. I saw one of the girls who worked there had a 3D rose on the nails and asked him if they had a bow and what color they had it in. He said that they did have a bow and could do it in any color I wanted. I had expected the bow to be a pre made one like most other nail salons. When he grabbed the acrylic powder in the color I wanted my bow and started to put it on my nail I was shocked. He said that they make each design by hand and they were always unique. I will definitely be going back again and become a regular customer. They also have the most adorable childrens pedicure chairs!

Do not go unless you like the customer service to be awful. I went in for a full acrylic set of coffin nails and the tech did an awful job. Then the tech asked for help from the coworkers, I told them I didnt like them and I was still charged full price. Given the advice that theyll grow into coffin nails when i come back. The next day one nail fell off and I was forced to return. The actual top of the acrylic nails isnt parallel either, it has bumps and grooves. Amateurs that are overpriced with awful customer service. Im never going back to that place, only nice thing is the decor. I highly recommend you choose any place rather than it. I tried to contact the owner but never got a respond from them.

Please dont go here. I went a year ago. I really tried to not write a bad review but a year later i still cant believe how awful it was. Me, my mom, and my moms friend tried it out for pedicures. It was my first pedicure in years. They scraped so much around our nails that we couldnt put any pressure on them for a week after because they were so raw. My mother actually got an awful infection because of it. The ladies that did ours were just plain rude. Anytime we would try to start conversation with them they would barely say anything, roll their eyes, then keep talking to each other in their language. The whole thing was uncomfortable. The only good thing about this place is that its very pretty and clean inside.

I’m trying to be very humble with my experience here. Like another review the man whom was doing my nails took my money before I was even done. I had to tell the man he cut my acrylic nail way to short for me he stated “ he would fix it with the acrylic”. So I told myself okay. Then he started painting my nails he barely had painted to the top of my nail where the cutical is. So I had to tell him to do that. Then he didn’t even paint the sides of the nails just the top. So once again I had to tell him. Still didn’t get it all the way. The woman who did my nails was only suppose to use the pink color to paint my toes by the time I had looked up she had painted silver sparkles on top of the pink paint. I just told myself to be humble and not freak out bc she would’ve had to start over... I spent my money there and it should be exactly how I wanted it. I will not go back there again. I spent $70 and I’m very unhappy. I will stick to the polished nail bar across the street. I would really like for the owner to contact me personally.

Horrible experience! I refused to pay for my nails because they were so horribly done. A man there attempted to fix them but I left $40 later and very, very dissatisfied. My skin and nail bed all have paint on them and there are parts without color. The place needs new management. The towels and surfaces were nasty; tools were not sterile and stored in a kids school pencil box. Come to think of it, I didnt even see a sterilization box anywhere. My manicures do not come with any lotion or massage work - nothing but color. I will never be back.

Gave them 3 stars because they were the only place still open once I got off of work on NYE. Initially I was impressed by the decor - it was very pretty and modern. I was the only customer there and it took 3 people to do my nails. The tech that was working on me would just get up in the middle of the process, walk away and another would come sit down. They spoke in their language the whole entire time and as I was the only person in there I felt really awkward and out of place. They were not too nice and polite but they were not rude to me either. Their customer service and the quality of the nails was just like just enough to get by, I wont be going there again.

Went there to get my feet done the first time. I read happy with it. I decided to go back to get another pedi and pink n white full set of nails. And took my daughter, Well 1st off that made about 2 nail crooked. They told me my mail grew that way. I went home with it. Read not happy so went back the next day for them to fix. Tried to tell me the same thing. No mad them take the whole thing off and fix it. Wl it had not even been a week and they started popping up. Went back today for them to fix. After they fixed it. They where rude. Told me it had been 2 weeks that Saturday would be two weeks I didnt even get them done on a sat. And Friday would be a week. I told them this. She told me since they dont do a good job I need to go some .where else I told her mo problem I plan on it. That was my money. They .where plum rude. My daughter also had to get her nail fixed that next day one broke off after one day. Pay to much money for that bull.

Very dissatisfied, I will be going back tomorrow to get my nails fixed they didnt take all the old color off and painted right over, I got a very light color so it is easy to spot the other color underneath. I also gave the lady a 10.00 tip but will be asking for that back as well. I went here because the wait at rhe other salons were so long but next time I will know to wait . NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN

Tina is young and Im not quite sure why shes working there. Maybe its a summer job, but she was not kind, made remarks about my toe nails being too short (Im a runner, I have no choice), said to her coworker no, I didnt cut this and pointed to my feet, did not use the color I chose (said it was too thick aka they have old nail polish in their displays), asked me what color I wanted and proceeded to paint my nails white instead, then hot pink, without asking me. Then she CUT me, my cuticle was bleeding and stinging. She put alcohol on it, and asked me sarcastically if it was burning. Did NOT apologize. Called me that and pointed to my direction. And I have pink polish all over the borders of my toes, my friend also had polish on her skin... wow. Cuticle still hurts. I gave her a tip out of sheer pity, but neither I or my friend will return there. Hire professionals, not moody teens?Worst pedi Ive had. :(

Not worth the money, at all. Never, ever... have I EVER had SNS start to crack and fall apart three days later. Over the phone i was told Pink and White SNS would be $40. When I got there, they told me $50! I said, okay. Then the nail tech only put maybe 3 layers of SNS on, very thin. Did not do any type of manicure either, just the SNS. Shape is wrong as well. And all of my previous color was not completely removed. I was nice about it and didn’t complain, but since my nails are falling apart already.. I just felt the need to share my experience. It’s worth the drive to Dawsonville, go to Angel’s Nail Spa.

Horrible place! Me and 2 of my girlfriends went here to get our nails done and to have girl time. I just need a fill in and friend #1 needed a full set and friend #2 got sns painted on. Way over priced!!! Friend number #1 did not like her nails the design looked like someone messed up the paint on her nails bad. Friend #2 just got her nails painted it cost as much as mine did and I have acrylic! A week later mine start to chip and paint coming off. Poor place to go! WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

They charge way too much first of all. They charge an extra 5 dollars for a non traditional nail shape like almond, coffin, etc. My gel Polish started chipping after like 2 days and looked bubbly. Good customer service just not good service!

When I went to this nail salon 3weeks ago i was trying it out since the last nail salon i had gone to did a horrible job so i was trying out another salon was highly recommended. I had an ok experience my nails were done pretty good. 2 weeks past by i need a fill in, toes polished, and my eyebrows done. The guy with alot of tattoos started to remove the gel polish off my nails while the girl polished my toes. He got up and left than a pretty you lady walked in and he started to work on her nails. When the girl finished my toes she walked me to the guys station so that he could do my nails. I regret him doing my nails he spoke to the other guy in Vietmanese the entire time i was there and he forgot to put acrylic on one of my nails I didnt even notice it till I got home but i was already so upset and disappointed with the place since he was upset that he was stuck doing my nails than doing the pretty ladys nails. He left the acrylic was not smooth i also paid more to get gel polish that didnt even last a week because he didnt polish them correctly. He filed my files more on one side than the other so my nail looks crooked its going to the right. And to top it all off i asked to just get my eyebrows cleaned up. The lady left me with no eyebrows and said my eyebrows done grow on top. The place looks nice but the service really sucks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was there today with a couple of friends the minute we arrived one of the guys asked rudely what you need? Really? We had an appointment scheduled. So yes dude I tipped you only $1.00I will tell you why since you acted like you couldnt believe it.1)First of all when I got my pedicure the girl that didnt even bother to nail polish my toes fully.2) Just because we are Latinas doesnt mean we might not be able to speak Vietnamese, or understand so you kept on speaking bad and making the rude comments.3) There was a Hispanic lady who you asked one of my friends to translate because you couldnt understand what she wanted on her nails, well maybe you should use that mirror to see the looks in yall faces towards the poor lady, just rude.4 ) When I ask if you could fix the tip of my nail because when you cleaned with your nail you smashed the tip of my nail you had a smart comment saying ugh you messed up already. No I was nice and asked if you could fixed but you kept on saying I touched something or it wouldnt have been smashed. Like really? The problem what not about who smashed the solution was just to fixed since it was when you were polishing my nails. Not a 30 minutes later it was right there in your face.5).and the main reason- when you were doing my nails a lady walked in with Scrubs of course you were really nice and said Politely May I help you ok 🤔 Than there was a family of three a lady, husband and little girl and your other coworker guy left my friends nails and ran to see what she needed. Really?Then three Hispanic ladies walked in and you were so rude that didnt even asked how you could help them instead you Asked annoyed Do you have an appointment? 6) When I had signed my receipt and tipped one dollar the guy decided to make a comment to the public and laugh out loud like omg only one dollar! Well yes only one next time you get one dollar tip ask your self WHY? Because if you cant treat your customers fair and equal dont matter what their color or race is maybe that will clearly answer your question.I was really disappointed by this service if you really like to be tipped right make sure not to make those obvious differences and perhaps your coworker the one that ran to his customer might be happy to share the BIG tip he made because I am sure he made enough to cover what I didnt tip you.

If I could give these people a zero, I would. Just yesterday my daughter went in to get her nails done. She wanted to apparently get the gel nails or whatever they are doing these days. So she goes in wearing the Michael Kors watch that her boyfriend gave her. Shes in her early twenties and so is her boyfriend so naturally he had to save a bit to get this watch. It cost him a couple hundred dollars and she loves it. Well, the lady doing her nails decides that she would put these gloves on her hands filled with this gel. My daughter had no idea that there was so much gel in the glove that it would actually spill out onto her watch. When it did, the band of her watch actually melted. My daughter was devastated. Instead of apologizing, do you know what they did? They blamed her for the incident. She was so distraught she started to cry because it was a sentimental item. These jerks had the nerve to open their mouths and say that the watch was made out of plastic and that it was a cheap watch. Even if the watch was cheap, even if it cost $4, who are they to put a value on someone elses possession? Their conduct was absolutely disgraceful. And oh, the kicker in all this is was while she cried they sat there laughing about and talking about her in their own own little language. Since we happen to speak German, heres a little lesson for you LV Nails- Du kannst mein arsch küssen. Look it up. And whats more, if you refuse to pay for damages, we will see you in court. I dont care how much it costs us to take you there. This is just for principle. If you are looking for civilized people that know how to interact with human beings and actually render a service, look elsewhere.

Poor customer service, nails look unprofessional.

My worst experience ever. When I arrive I was happy to see no one else there so I am thinking, nice peace and quiet. But NOT all all. I was having a mani pedi at the same time and the 2 techs never stopped talking over me the whole and I mean every moment I was in the chair. I couldnt relax at all, one of the main reasons I go for a mani pedi. I was actually pleased that the leg message was extremely short (typically another favorite part) because I couldnt wait to get away from the chatter.

This place is way way over priced. Do not go here, avoid at all cost. I got charged 10$ for an awful design on a pedicure. Everything about this place is horrible. if I could rate it a 0 I would .

Paid $35 for sns and days later they were popping off like Lee press on nails. I had to go back three times within one week to get six nails fixed and was charged also. Very disappointed.
