They always do a great job on wifes nails. They last and dont fall off before its time for a fill (and shes VERY rough on her hands).They also do an amazing job on her eye brows. My wife naturally has no arch to her eyebrows but they worked their magic when waxing and made her eyebrows have a arch and they look phenomenal! Best theyve ever looked!!!By far the BEST pedicure Ive EVER had!!! DEF recommend Classy Nails for all your nail/waxing needs!!Everyone is VERY friendly. Great selection on colors and designs.

Ive only been here 3 times. The first time my nails looked amazing. 2 weeks later went for fill they put acrylic in back and filed front so thin adding no acrylic 3 chipped the next day. Went back for color change filed around my freshly filled cuticles. look like I needed another fill in less than a week. dissatisfaction

Absolutely love this place, its a bit out of the way of where I live but so worth the drive down town.I appreciate that they dont skimp or rush me through my pedicures and a bonus they all speak ENGLISH!

Came in as a walk in on a Friday 12/1 pm and had about a 25 minute wait. Staff was so friendly and they helped recommend a color since I was between two. Writing a review two weeks later because my gel manicure is still in tip top shape and I work in healthcare! Would definitely recommend this salon for their quality services, affordable pricing, and overall for providing a positive salon experience! 1st picture is two weeks after my first gel mani there! This is my go to salon. Finally found a good one in Gainesville. Tung is by far the best nail tech. They actually ask you about your day and care to see how you have been. Their acrylic skills are amazing. And they keep up to date with the latest styles.

Tung, who is the manager, is the best! I’ve gone numerous times and the staff is so friendly. Tung knows all the clients by name. $30 for gel manicure. Rosie usually does my gel manicure. Not 5 stars, because very unhappy with the poor job Rosie did with French nails. DO NOT GET FRENCH NAILS.

As I entered and said hello, nobody answered. Went to the reception no one was there, however a man shouted from far away with an attitude“can I help you?” Staff is not friendly not welcoming, and MOST IMPORTANTLY not PROFESSIONAL !!Just as I returned home, I had to re-cut my undone cuticles.. not to mention my feet scrub that was lazily made in seconds! Went back home to feel that they are rough.. I wish I didn’t go there!Everything was better the way I do it at home! 😓

I had a great experience. The older lady gently removed my previous acrylic set and gel polish from my toes and treated my damaged natural nails very carefully. She was very focused on my polish and showed expert skills providing very even, clean coverage. I have a new, beautiful matching set of gel polish on my fingers and toes and Im very satisfied. Tina and Tung are both awesome nail techs. They really take care with their work and listen to what you ask for. Classy Nails is a cute and clean salon with fair prices, I highly recommend it.

I got a gel fill and a fix, they charged me 35$ for my fill and 5$ for my fix, totaling 40$ which is how much a new set costs me at NICER salons. Ridiculous, and I called beforehand and asked about pricing, expecting it to be near 25$.The nails themselves are bumpy and have air pockets, they didn’t have a machine for curing the acrylic and asked me to wash my hands without soap, while filling his machine made a loud roaring noise.2/10, would not recommend. The people there are friendly but I will not return.

At first because of the location I wasn’t sure how I’d like it, but I loved it! They are AMAZING manicurist and very gentle. I normally have a very painful experience when getting a pedicure but not only was it painless but she did the best job I’ve ever had. 10/10

I don’t normally write reviews but my experience lead me to doing so! I went there for the first time last week (2018) because the rating was decently high and it is within walking distance of where I live. The personnel were friendly and it had a nice environment. I did a pedicure with Gel for my toes. First thing that was unusual for me was that I didn’t get a foot massage, while other salons I’ve been in Gainesville include it in their pedicure with exactly the same price. I chose a pretty color and I was so happy with the results. However, the next morning, the Gel on one of my toe nails started to come off! Honestly, I tried not to touch it and ignored it cause I didn’t have time to go and get it fixed. Currently, after almost 10 days, the same thing happened to two new toe nails on the other foot. This is the first time this happens and honestly, I’m so annoyed and upset that I spent money and time and still, I have to get it done again sooner than I anticipated!!! Normally, the Gel doesn’t come off and the only reason I go get them done again is that I’m bored with it’s color or my nails grow long! I will never go back!!

They are great manicurists. Very friendly and efficient. The environment probably is not the best in the world but hey, they get the work done. I like how they soak my gel to take them off instead of using only the grinding thing. Which will heat up nails and make them thinner. And my nails only chip after like two weeks when I get them done here. I have tried bunch of places in town and I always go back to here.

I have been going there for quite some time and have always been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. I usually have Tung do my nails and his wife or sister do my pedicures but no matter who it is they always do an excellent job! From short to long, pink and whites, to sparkly or poka dots you cant go wrong!

I was treated like an absolute queen, and made to feel valued. They took their absolute time doing my nails and even though 3 different people assisted me they all had wonderful vibes. Taun will be my go to guy for life!

Meh... had better. My technician who did my pedicure was ok but after 1 day my nail polish was chipped. My husband on the other hand had a horrible experience with his pedicure. We will not be back.

Tung is AMAZING. Has never in almost 3 years been a disappointment. His mother is the best and almost only person I like to do my pedicures. They are always efficient and the salon is always clean. I refer almost everybody I know here. The whole staff is friendly and works good together. They actually listen to what you want and even help you figure it out when you dont.

If you want a good quality of nail-care services just find another place. They work with very low quality of materials (my acrylic nails broke after 4 days) and their customer service is very bad as well. I will never go back!!!!!

I used to really love this place but the last time I went I got charged a ridiculous amount for a simple pedicure. I’ve never paid more than $15 for a pedicure I got charged DOUBLE that. Also I saw a cockroach in the massage chair before I even got my pedicure done! She moved me to the chair next to the cockroach 😭 if you get anything done here make sure you are clear on what the price is before they start working on you. Also the back massager chairs were not working very well, it basically feels like a small vibration. They are worn out & don’t work well.

His name is Tung I was referred to him and Im definitely satisfied. Im others there does a good job. But Tung is the best. I went to classy nails today to get my nails done and the woman racially profiled me. First of all the paint job was horrible. Could’ve been better. I messed up the paint on one of my nails, and he fixed it. Afterwards He told me to move to the other nail dryer and I had chipped the fresh coated paint again. And I was scared to ask him to re paint it again. so he called me over and I just told him it was messed up again and we laughed. The woman who worked there she afterwards fixed the nail polish for me. She kept staring at me, really really hard. She didn’t even let the paint DRY. She was just staring at me. I guess she thought I wasn’t going to pay, but I was. I had my money out. Then she said the paint was done when it wasn’t even done, and I paid her. But the thing is I was supposed to pay $30 I got charged a Extra $5. This is extremely rude and I’m never coming back.

Room for improvement

This is my GO-TO place!!! Im EXTREMELY skeptical and picky on who i let do my eyebrows but ALL the women who work there are amazing! I get my eyebrows done once every two weeks and my nails once a month. The nails are just as amazing!! Its a family business and they are all amazing, PLUS, cheapest place in Gainesville!!! The only downsides are things out of the staffs control: such as the area its in, some of the other customers they get (sometimes really arrogant ignorant people who act like they have no respect for anyone, including the staff taking care of them!!!) That part angers me the most so i always try to tip well, and also, sometimes you can expect to wait an hour to an hour and a half (which isnt their fault, they work as fast as they can, but dont half ass their job) but sometimes its only 5 minutes, just depends on the time you go. But all the cons are no fault to the staff or service. Its more than worth the price!! Even if i have to wait 2 hours its still worth it!

Tom is the best nail tech in Gainesville, FL. I am born and raised from Gainesville and have been to them all. My full set nails last me 3 weeks with out breaking. I love that he gives you your moneys worth.

Went here for gel acrylics. I get my nails done ALL the time and I just moved to Gainesville and decided to find a new regular place. This WILL NOT be my place. The day after, 4 nails popped off- no pain just popped off. I called them immediately and they said they would fix them. I was willing to do the repair but I work 2 jobs and have an extremely busy schedule. I decided for the waste of my time and the drive all the way to this place (20 mins without traffic) and the small amount of free time I actually have, that I wanted to just have the nails removed and revocable a refund. This happened to be when hurricane Irma decided to hit Florida and this nail place closed. So a week later when I could finally get ahold of them again they tell me 3 separate times just come in Ill look at your nails I get there and they tell me my nails have grown out for 2 weeks (false), accuse me of wanting free nails when all I want is them off, and that there isnt even a manager to give me a refund yet they told me to drive over there. Not to mention the three women were extremely rude and inconsiderate. The next day I have my boyfriend call and talk to a manager and he tells me theres nothing they can do. This is a self made business meaning they own their place and they just decided not to compensate me. Their excuse was not everyone will likes their nails we have 100 customers a day well no I dont believe anyone will like almost half of the nails coming off the next day after paying $50 to get them done. When told I wanted them at least removed they tell me its a charge of $10???? Not only did they unfairly take my money and cause me to go through so much stress for a week trying to be compensated but they also want to charge to take them off. So I decided not to go in and to keep these crappy nails on until the rest fall off on their own. Do not go here unless you arent getting acrylics and if you have a complaint dont even bother tellingThem since they do not care at all.

I have been going to Classy Nails for about 7 months now. This review comes from a person that has lived in Gainrsville for 11 years now. In 11 years I have pretty much tried nearly every nail Salon in Gainesville! I have finally found my home. Tom does my nails and his Mother does my toes. I have never had a problem with my acrylic nails staying on until I came to Gainesville. Tom works his little magic on these hands. He is the best! Try it. You wont regret it!
