I have been to this location many times for pedicures and manicures and overall for the price have been pretty happy. I finally decided to get SNS nails recently and I have not been so happy. It seems as though they are training new staff however, there is no one watching or shadowing them. I have had a new gentlemen each time and he uses way too much product and my nails have come out way too thick. Then another employee does the final filing/drilling process and has to work over time to fix the issue which of course is time consuming, ultimately starts to hurt and still come out way too thick. Highly suggest that when training employees to give feedback and support them through the process. I want to give them another chance however if the same results happen I will have to look for another place.

My nails had dents and my toenails looked like they were painted by a 6 yr old. After $110 spent, I WONT be going back.

B T Nail & Tan is the best nail salon I have ever been to the quality of their products is amazing my nails never broke or chipped the whole month and their attention to detail is great. They were super nice and accommodating and affordable. From now on this is my spot!

Asked for a full set acrylic. She didnt do the right nail shape at all (I even gave her a picture to go by) she used dipping powder as acrylic powder. She cut me with one of her tools. The nails were supposed to to be matte and instead she made them glossy. If I can show what I wanted vs how it started and what I got I will. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! They didnt go by nail procedure or cleanness procedures my hands were in someone elses nail dust and dirt .

The place is clean, the staff was so nice and helpful when I took my 90 year old mother there for a pedicure. I had Kat and she was great, very detail oriented. My mom had Train( I know I messed that up) mom really liked her and said she did a really good job. We will definitely go there from now on.

Me and my mom went for a pedicure this past saturday and it was awful. the guy that did my mom’s left the hot towels on her legs so that he could attend to a rich woman. and the lady that did mine only painted one coat of polish on even though ur supposed to have two coats. and she left the towels on my legs as well so she could attend to the rich woman’s daughter. they rushed through our pedicures bc we weren’t rich

I got my nails done at BT today and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice and the young lady that did my nails was so observant and made sure that she did a wonderful job. I will be going back here from now on!

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt like I had to take the time to do this one. I had my nails done here on a Saturday morning and on Tuesday of that week I got a big chip in one. By Wednesday I had three more chips and one had come completely off. I had never had my nails do that before, they usually last forever. So I went back to the shop on Wednesday evening and the owner not only fixed my broken nails but redid my whole set. Customer service at it’s finest. Thank you

They have great employees, they do great job on my nails and pedicures.

Got a pedicure along with my mom, 92 year old grandma and 2 year old daughter. From oldest to youngest they catered to us all. They tenderly cut my Grandmas thick toenails and gently cut my daughters thin toenails. Highly recommend.

Nails looked horrible. Not the place it once was! Got acrylics and the polish doesn’t even go all the way down so there’s a gap between nail and cuticle- showed them and they still couldn’t fix it right. And one nail is crooked. I was just annoyed and left and won’t be back!

My pedicure was done by a new employee. Almost sure she is learning and I was the cobaia. The worse pedicure at all. I asked the remove calus and the Calus still here. She barely knew to apply the product and leave the plastic in the worse part. . Never more come back. I can make much much better.the manicure was joke., 35 dollars on trash

The waiting was awful. Very understaffed. But my pedicure was AMAZING! The staff was funny and kind. The water got cold after all the waiting, but the service was nice.

Bugs. The sinks were not clean at all and service was so bad! My nails were on crooked and the wait was terrible..worst service I’ve ever have.
