My mom had a wonderful case manager that was taking her shopping and bringing Her meds ; and she quit. Now there is no one on her case . No one shows up. I made sure I was a consent so they could call me, but that didn’t happen. She goes without her medication for no reason. If you can’t show up, at least call so I can help !! She is too nice to say anything . This is why we have to advocate . I understand emergencies happen, but you have to follow up!

They say they will call you when your medications are ready, but they never do…. And they seem to be understaffed with too many people. Just assuming base on how bad response time is.

Impossible to contact via phone, will change this review when they have a phone line again and update it on their yellow pages and website.
