Registration was quick. Waiting was as expected. Taken straight to an exam room vs triage and sent back to the waiting room and then taken to exam room. Nurse was friendly and through, Minimal wait for Physician who was also friendly and through. Called in RX to pharmacy and I asked as on my way. Have used them multiple times and will continue. I have always received quality care from this facility.

Look its a Quick Care... Some people are going to give bad reviews cause they dont get what they want. This isnt one of those... I have always had a great experience with this QC. Staff are always kind and respectful, MDs and PAs are top notch!!! It always sucks going to the drs office, cause you never feel good, but essential folks make it better!!!

Very good experience. We were seen almost immediately. My 2 year old had an ear Infection and both individuals who helped us were super kind and patient. We’ve been there twice now and had a good experience both times. I’d recommend them then to anyone in the area.

**You will see that I received a response below. The problem complained about has nothing to do with not understanding their billing process. As you will read on my review, after asking them THREE times if they accepted my insurance, I was told yes all three times!!!!* Front desk is useless, dont bother asking if they accept your insurance. You will be told yes, then end up with a huge bill. When I called to let them know that type of insurance is not accepted, they found their $400 mistake amusing. Run in the other direction!

Doctors at this urgent care discourage vaccine use. They should all have their medical licenses revoked.

Dr.Gary Jordan and Nurse Megan were great! I have always had a fear of strep tests since I was little. I was definitely a handful during my strep and covid test, but Nurse Megan was very patient with me today. This location is very close to my college, so now I know where to go to get good care! 😀

The PAs and Doctors are amazing and sweet and ver understanding. I always leave understanding what I need to do to get better. On the other hand the front desk is really rude and seemed to diagnosed me and other patients before even getting registered in. At one point I heard the receptionist tell a patient they problem have strep not covid so they didn’t need to be tested or see a provider. One time I came here after my mother passed out after a small cut, which was very strange since she handles pain well and has had worse cuts and acts fine. I work in a critical floor at the hospital so I knew something wasn’t right; They turned her away saying she was probably just scared of blood until I demanded she seeing a provider to explain why she passed out and doesn’t remember how and why she had the cut. The receptionist later said I couldn’t be with her, even though she doesn’t speak or understand English. Overall the actual PAs, Doctors, and nurses make up for the horrible receptionist.

Front desk staff is rude. Don’t waste your time making an appointment online because it is no longer honored. I work for this organization so I intend to make a formal complaint.

I will put this on again. They took my review off. My stepson went there 2 days ago with 103 fever. No cough, had nausea, they tested him for COVID...which came out NEGATIVE, gave him cough medicine and a pill for upset stomach. He woke up in the morning with blood in his urine!!!!! He had a kidney infection. People are not dying of just COVID they are dying of not being taken care of for the green dollar, and not being taken care of because the true symptoms. Yall should be ashamed.

We always have a wonderful experience! My three year old frequents urgent care, and they are always so good with him. I leave each time feeling like the doctors were more than thorough in their decisions. I cant say enough about great things about them.

I took my son as a walk in. We were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and all staff members were friendly and professional.

This place DESERVES every single 1 star rating they received. The Indian looking doctor/PA is awful. Rude, unprofessional, and just garbage. Do not let your family come to this location.

I had a great service experience here. I came in to deal with my broken finger and swollen leg, from a motorcycle wreck. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the triage and medical staff really shined. I was treated with such care and dignity. The doctor was great. She seemed to be a seasoned, experienced professional, a bit surprising for her youth. The wait was a bit long, but that’s expected in urgent care places. The doctor spent a good bit of time with me, had an in depth conversation, thorough exam and she helped me understand what was going on with my injuries.

This place is terrible. The staff are rude, uncaring people who clearly don’t want to be there.

I tripped off my front porch into the bushes and one of the branches stabbed me in the leg. I picked this place to go because my primary doctor is NGPG, Dr Dudas, and I have always been treated well there. I was not disappointed by my visit with Urgent Care. I got there at 12:30pm and had x-rays done of my leg and received sutures to my wound and was out at 2 pm. While there, I was treated with care and compassion by every member of the staff that I came into contact with. Highly recommend this facility and if my family and I need urgent care again, I will be sure to return here. My experience was awesome.

Dr. Nelson cut open an infection on my breast that I thought was a long shot to see an urgent care about fixing to say the least. With great skill and attitude my chest is now healing well. Thought I would have to go to the E R for sure. Just make sure you have more than 20 minutes free before going.

Professional, friendly staff. Saw Vanessa Wood, PA and she was amazing. She was thorough, honest and listened. Wish I could have her as my primary care physician. Thank you Dr. Wood for caring!

I wouldnt even give one star for the doctor!!! The front desk ladies were sweet and so was the nurse!I went in and was seen by doctor Jane Allen today she was so unprofessional, I hurt my back and in front of my daughter started off by saying what prescriptions I had filled in the last 6 months she didnt bring up my blood pressure they had to take it twice worst experience after trying to help so many people who needed help!I work for distribution center we are working long hours picking cases up by hand to help victims of Harvey, then Irma hit its been along 2 weeks! But she yelled at me and she lied ... heres an idea Jane dont be a doctor if you dont like to help people and if you do dont attack them when you come into a room find out whats wrong with them....

Always prompt and courteous, when you need it. I go more to the Buford location, but this is close to my work. They do get occasionally backed up during peak hours- supply and demand and all that. Ive waited anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, especially on weekends and after work. Plan accordingly if you can.Full disclosure: I work for the health system (NGHS) that also operates NGPG, including Urgent Care. My opinions are my own.

Choose a different urgent care.

Went in for the beginning of an allergic reaction. Waited 45 minutes and as I was waiting, throat started swelling. Tried to inform the front desk staff. They brushed me off. After about an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I started getting so bad I just drove myself to the ER.

I went to NGPG Urgent Care in Gainesville after unsucessfully being treated with a 10 day course of Augmentin by another clinic. Nurse Practitioner Shadd researched my history before she came in to the room, she did not make me repeat all the information that I had previously given the intake nurse, and she requested that I tell her step by step how my illness progressed before reaching her. Because of this, she treated me with completely different meds, and I felt a good bit better after one dose. The atmosphere was peaceful, staff was kind and Mrs Shadd was so personal, careing, and goal oriented in getting me well.

I came in for a quick steroid shot for inflamed cervical discs after being unable to reach my neurosurgeon for two weeks. I showed up at 1921, triaged, spoke with Vanessa the PA, got my shot, (barely felt it - always get the steroid shot people!!!it works faster than the pill), waited the 10 minutes and was out the door just after 2005. Everyone listened, got my meds reconciled, and had meds sent to my pharmacy. Now maybe I can have a weekend off without pain while I wait to make an appointment with a new neurosurgeon. Love the MyChart app. I had the name of Provider before she even came in the room.

Ive been here over two hours hurting listening to the doctor and nurses laugh about getting hair cuts ordering lunch. The x ray ladies twisted my back all up. Worse pain now them when i got here. A Nurse named Amanda is Amazing. My son gets out of SCHOOL in 30 minutes so i had to leave and she caught me and gave me a shot to help the swelling. Im hurting so much more now should have never been here so long. The doctor had no bed side manners ask no questions. Im a paying customer and all of these doctors need to realize we choose to come here . Help us not make us leave in worse pain. Receptionist would be nice if you could force a smile and make people feel like they are not troubling you! So Disappointed except in Amanda she gets heath care and what its about! I signed on around 11:30 and left at 1:40 . Spent 5 minutes getting x rays 10 minutes with doctor and Amanda 20 minutes she was very caring and wanted to know your history. Only spent maybe 15 minutes in waiting room. Rest of time i listened to doctor and nurses joking and laughing. Knoe its 2:30 the pain is all the way up into my hip and my fever is 102.3 and Im covered up shaking. So when yall have a patient consider how they may be feeling! Pease wait all night I er and pray for a doctor. Hours here you are I pain listening to them play around. Cares less about patients.

Went to see doctor because of threat issues. I should have seen a PA doctor Norris does not have a friendly bedside manner. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Very slow service. I had a small cut on my finger but it took them almost two hours to get a doctor to treat it. Doesnt qualify as urgent care.

Im Mrs. Lambent went in there sick told them up front that I. was a cancer patient and was told they couldnt. give me any service and that I would have to go to the emergency room. I ask the RN. if she would. just check my blood pressure wouldnt. even do that service.
