Loved the way the area rug turned out. Restored it to like new appearance. Smelled good to. Five pets walk over this rug, so seeing it like this was well worth the money. Highly recconended.

I called and received a quote for pick and drop off. The were honest about the pricing difference. I chose drop off just because it was easier for me. The price was fair and the rug looks great.

They exceeded my expectations! I figured at best the rug would smell cleaner and at least be physically clean (it had been through a LOT; been outside, pet messes, you name it) but I was amazed. It doesnt just look better, it looks great.

They did a wonderful job with my area rugs- brought them back to life! We have several dogs and I thought there was no hope due to stains and odors. They were able to deep clean them and they no longer have the odors they had before. Im thrilled with the customer service and the quick turnaround.
