Amazing company. Had a pipe burst in the wall and they were at the house before even the plumber, immediately working to clean up the water and minimize the damage it caused. They even helped us get in touch with an amazing leak detection company (Gator Leak & Drain) when the plumber wed called informed us that they wouldnt be able to perform the detection (and thus the repair) until the following week, and thanks to Dreyers and Gator L&D we were only without water for one night instead.Dreyers was super professional, and had people out every day to check on and adjust the fans and other equipment until the water was all gone and they were confident we wouldnt have any mold or further damage. They were also really consistent about when they arrived and were fantastic about giving us a heads up when they would be arriving.Fantastic local business and well absolutely recommend them to anyone who could use their services.

We just had our area rugs cleaned and once again, we are extremely happy with the results. Joe did a great job and was even early. We have had Dreyers clean our rugs in place and also at their facility multiple times over the years. We have also used them to do tile and grout cleaning plus resealing . And they refinished our wood floors. The results were always professional and excellent. We highly respect their expertise and services and recommend Dreyers without hesitation.

Have used Dreyers for many years but originally did not give them a good rating. Did not seem to clean area rug well (some stains remained),did not add Protector to area rug like I asked, and did not provide a detailed statement. (Had to call Dreyers to get statement.)However, Dreyers immediately responded with a billing statement, and also replied that the tech did add protector to the area rug, but neglected to charge for it.(Also explained the rug is old so removing stains is problematic with on-site cleaning.)With this in mind, I would give Dreyers a very favorable rating and would continue to use and recommend their services. Their concern with customer satisfaction is noteworthy.

Dreyers DKi was recommended to us after we had a water leak and mold build up in our condo. They did a fantastic job getting there quickly, keeping up updated, removing all the carpet, drywall, and items with mold, cleaning and sanitizing all the items that were salvageable, and taking great inventory of what was damaged. Oh my gosh, Dreyers is the absolutely the best! I had a leak from my upstairs to my laundry room downstairs, and they had it taken care of it in no time. I was panicked and everybody calmed me down and had equipment running within two hours. The field supervisor, to all the field guys, and office staff are the best! Dryers DKI was amazing! They worked hard to get my house dried up after an attic fire. They were on time, courteous, and were respectful of being in my home. I was lucky to have them come help me!

Horrible Customer Service! As DKI cleaned our ceramic tile, it buckled or “tented.” DKI has refused to give us their insurance information to file a claim, despite being Florida law and after a letter from our attorney stating so! The company rep has been rude, denies any responsibility and owner refuses to speak with us. DKI said it was from faulty installation but it was installed 26 years ago! We hired a tile expert who said it cannot be repaired. We must have all tile replaced for thousands of dollars! We understand things can happen but the worst thing about this situation is DKI’s total lack of concern or compliance with the law.

This is the best restoration company that Ive ever come across. Very professional and respectful. Mr.Singletary was especially good at his job and I couldnt have asked for better!

We had a drain pipe break who knows how long ago, Dreyers DKI came in and removed all the affected surfaces with mold and dried out the location. My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Dreyers DKI! We live in a condo in Jacksonville Beach and anyone living near the beach understands what problems excess moisture and mold can cause in a home. We have had staining on the sheetrock of our Master bathroom ceiling and mold growing on leather items in the adjacent Master closets. We were concerned that there might be a leak in the condo unit above us or other major water problem. John Fusco completed an inspection on our unit and determined that the excess moisture was primarily a result of not running our air conditioning system frequently enough. John was very thorough in showing us the relative humidity in various locations throughout our Master bathroom and closets to demonstrate that while the humidity was high, it was not indicative of a leak. The thoroughness and professionalism John showed during his visit were impressive and an attention-to-detail that seems to be missing these days. Dreyers was recommended to me when a water supply line to my toilet in hall bathroom burst and flooded the my entire house. They were here with in 30-45 min and went to work right away cleaning up the water pulling up the floors, baseboards and putting dryers, fans and other equipment needed to dry everything effected by the water. The young man who was doing the work was able to keep me calm and explaining what was happening and what to expect for the next 5 or so days. I highly recommend Dreyers for mold remediation. They were extremely responsive to my specific individual concerns. My home tested at high levels of health-robbing mold and they did an excellent job, cleaning areas multiple times to keep up with simultaneous removal and installation of a new HVAC system. They stuck with it. The area rugs and upholstery were cleaned beautifully. My entire home and contents had to be remediated and at final testing showed no mold or mycotoxins. I also can’t say enough about Jake their repair technician who reattached the kitchen cabinets without a hitch and did all the closing up of vents, etc. He is experienced, a resourceful problem-solver and does excellent work. He just does whatever it takes to put the house back together. Having mold in your house and going through this process is traumatic at best. I’m so glad I chose Dreyers to help me through to a satisfactory conclusion!!

Dryers responded to our request for help immediately and had their staff in our home within 30 minutes of our phone call. I was fortunate enough to have Des help me out of a bind with my landlord. Solid price for a carpet cleaning and honestly came out better than when I had moved in haha. We had an unexpected catastrophe, and the fall out required: ceiling/attic floor demolition; installing all new ceiling/attic floor; mold remediation; removal of all insulation and replacing with all new insulation; remove/install new ceiling fans and light fixtures; painting, etc.This required much coordination. Dreyers was extremely valuable to have in my corner, particular in 2 realms: (1) As the GC they scheduled all the subs and made certain all jobs were fully complete; (2) they are total aces at documenting, invoicing, and communicating with the insurance company -- and I cannot stress how important that aspect was in a case like mine!With this many parties, moving parts, deadlines around the holidays, etc. it is inevitable that patience, flexibility, even some improvising will be needed here and there. But Dreyers remained steadfast, honest, and truly committed to completing everything until the end. And the many jobs did in fact get done, and the end result was amazing!Im reluctant to list names because there were a slew of people within Dreyers who helped at various points, so Im just going to mention 3 that stand out: Jonathan Dreyer the owner, Mike Ovens the general manager, and Janet Phelps in the office. They worked with me the whole way.Theres no easy way to address the kind of mega issue that confronted us out of nowhere: but I would recommend Dreyers for any work that requires mold issues, or 2 or more jobs within a job, and/or coordination with insurance.

I needed to dispose of a urine-soaked mattress due to an accident by an incontinent sibling that was unable to get out of bed - actually wound up in the hospital for the same reason. Yes, no mattress pad. I had heard about Dreyers on the Bob Rose radio show. I thought they only handled the big jobs but I gave it a shot and called to explain the situation. They were very helpful both on the phone and at the scene (they were able to come out the same day!). The crew quickly took care of the mattress and bagged up the bedding for the laundry later. I was ready to settle up, but to my surprise they wouldnt accept my money. Not sure why but thinking someone in management felt sorry for my situation. Awesome values-based company! 6 stars.

We were having new floors installed and while removing the old layers of vinyl, the flooring installer informed me that he found black mold. We frantically started calling places and no one had immediate availability. We searched for places in a neighboring city and found Dreyers DKI. We called and the young lady on the phone was so professional and sweet and had an estimate scheduled within an hour and a half! Michelle came out and checked our house and determined that the mold was localized to some pieces of flooring that were removed gave us the go ahead to continue having the new floors installed. Jacob and Clint did an amazing job with the work on our home! We had damages in multiple areas. Jacob and Clint were wonderful! They took care of the kitchen demo and removal of materials and set up the hepa filter, dehumidifier, and generator. Not only did they do everything top quality, but they went above and beyond. I had mentioned we wanted to plug our fridge into the generator. Without even asking, they went ahead and plugged it in for us so when they left we didnt need to do a thing. They were always professional, letting us know what was happening every step of the way. They also put a tarp on our roof immediately to ensure there was no more water damage. I am highly impressed with the quality of their work and their professional demeanor. Alicia, my main point of contact at the company, is also fantastic with helping coordinate everything and keeping us informed. We needed multiple things done (tree removal, electrician, plumber, etc.) And Dreyers DKI took care of calling everyone for us. They get everything approved directly with insurance so literally all we had to do was communicate with them and they took care of the rest. I will always recommend them and while I hope to not need their services in the future, if anything else happens to our house they will be the only ones we will call.
