I called today, not realizing their office was closed, and instead of a simple “sorry, ma’am, we’ll get back to you on Monday,” from Billy(?) the technician, I received a condescending lecture about my mistake. Might consider using in the future if they teach their technicians how not to be total prats. As it is, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
