Extremely professional and the crew members were knowledgeable and detail oriented. They went about and beyond. Over all very happy and a great experience. Definitely going to use them for future projects.

I love having Eagle Carpet Care clean our carpets. They do great work, use natural products, and have friendly spirits!

So the owner calls me at 7pm tonight to tell me that her son will not coming to my 8am appointment tomorrow morning. Reason is it might rain tonight and she doesn’t want to put her sons life in danger and her equipment. Mind you, this company has been out here a dozen times in the last 3 years and not one time has there ever been a problem, except the last time. The owners husband came out and got mad because I wouldn’t sign off on the work before he cleaned the carpet. So now I have company coming in tomorrow and have to scramble to get someone else in here tomorrow. Completely unreliable and very unprofessional. I cannot express what an inconvenience and a bind this puts me in. Don’t ever use these people, and don’t ever count on them if you disagree with the owner.Edit: You know exactly who this is, no alias, but my husbands name. Nobody called anyone any names, but you can spin it however you want to try to justify the situation. As I asked last night to lets wait and see what happens overnight, because everyone knows the weather people are always 100% accurate. Not a surprise that we did get a little rain, but the grounds are not saturated, your wife even agreed to call me back this morning to check on the driveway condition, but I guess since she hung up on me last night, she didnt feel the need to keep her word. By the way the carpet cleaning company thats out here right now, is in a van just like yours and made it up here no problem....and nobody risked their life or equipment. Also, it hasnt been rainbows and unicorns every time you guys have been out, several times I have asked that certain people not come because they dont do a good job, one being the owner. Erica however is very polite and professional, shame I wont be talking to her anymore.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and right on top of things. I had carpet damaged by a pipe which was leaking for an entire weekend while the office was closed. We were greeted by an unpleasant surprise when we returned Monday morning and discovered the water damage. Chris came out right away, was very thorough, and helped us out for a price far less than the competition. Cant say enough good things about Eagle.
