This place makes you family the moment you walk through the doors. I can’t say enough about how wonderful their customer service is, not only while you are there getting your car serviced but when you leave as well! There has been several times where they could of made money off me and instead they tell me “it’s not time or I have x amount!of miles left etc.They are genuine, honest and trustworthy. That is something you don’t find much of anymore!

I would recommend this shop to anyone. I used them on two occasions when my normal shop was too busy or if they could not correct an issue and both times North Hall Tire and Wheel not only completed the work in a professional manner but it was also at a very reasonable price. They have worked on my several of my cars recently and I have not had any problems with the service or the length of time they take. I have now started to use them as my regular repair sop because they have proven to be professional, honest and fast.

We were on vacation, and unfortunately got a nail in our tire. My husband was able to get in first thing in the morning, and they graciously got the tire plugged immediately! Came in last minute, and was in desperate need of tires being I’ve been driving on a spare for way too long. And since all of my other tires were basically bald, decided to get those changed too. I went there in need of a simple patch. The only reason I needed a shop was to pull the tire off of the rim and get whatever was inside out. Or I would have done the patch myself. I stood there after I told them what I needed twice for over an hour. I had already removed the tire for a convince to them. I waited and waited I get they were busy but I saw customers come after me and leave before me. I left and ran my errands I needed to run and went to TURNER TIRE they had me in and out within 15 minutes. So my recommendation is go to turner tire theyre a better company and dont ignore you like North hall does.

These guys absolutely been the most helpful and respectful Ive encountered ever! They CAME TO ME, took my tire off, took it back to replace it, and brought it back and put it back on. For no charge. NOW, I am only 2 miles down the road, so Im not sure how any further away would have affected the price, but helpful and respectful and the price of my tire was almost $50 cheaper than the cheapest place I found in dawsonville. Soooo, i say go to these guys!!Also Id like to put a special shout out to caleb who is the one who came out and Took the tire off, took it down the road and then brought it back brand new and put it back on. WITHOUT requesting more money. Amazing service super respectful, and even gave me a quote for my brakes and rotors for my next service.

04/10/21 Just had 4 tires (bought online) mounted and balanced. Also had an alignment done. Wonderful experience. Dropped off at 11:30ish and had it back before 2:30. They were super busy when I dropped off the car. I now know why! They did a wonderful job and the car tracks straight as an arrow. Also the price was spot on. It is getting harder and harder to find a good shop now a days! I will be using them for all my tire and alignment needs. Thank you NHTW!

Paid for brand new tires... my truck immediately started shaking. Took to another shop in Cleveland and they diagnosed and corrected the problem. The reason was my brand new tires were improperly balanced.

Okay so kept two sets of takeoff from this company and car was doing just fine when I got them when I left I had lights going off for the parking brake and for this and for that that should not have been going off and that was not going off before they had my car. Then a few days later had to get another tire and they put the wrong size on the rim so it would not fit my car and they were closing by the time I got to my car to see if it would fit and whatnot so then had to take it back the next day I have another tire put on. Woke up the following morning and that tire was flat so would not recommend them.

Went above and beyond to help me with two flat tires. I trust them completely. Integrity

I called and got Dusty on the phone and told him the situation. I said I had a wheel come off. I only want to tow this once. Can you all fix this or am I going to go pay too much somewhere else? Without hesitation he said to bring it on. I showed up with three wheels on a Saturday afternoon and drove it home Monday at 5. If these guys were ever going to gouge someone it would have been me and they didnt. Great price, quick turnaround and good people doing fair business. Ive been buying tires from them for four years now and theyve done what they said for the price they quoted.

These guys are great as long as you only need tires, they failed me 2 out of 3 times getting an alignment, notified the owner and he wasnt very receptive of the criticism, but I would still recommend them for tires.

I guess my first visit isnt so nice compared to whats on their review there was a long wait but overall, very professional and within budget services. Clean wait room and all fun things.

Called before I went, they said they had my tires. Waited an hour to find out they didnt. 1 man there had been waiting 3 hours.

Stopped by for brake service on 4.6.21 and I will give them three words Honest, Trustworthy and Fair. I will continue trade with them. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday afternoon for an unknown noise. They had it diagnosed very quickly and ready for pick up Tuesday morning. Polite personnel and a fair price, they will get more of my business.

DO NOT USE NORTH HALL TIRE. READ THIS REVIEW. I first reviewed this place with 5 stars! Big mistake. I went there with a slow leak. The technicians checked the tire and said they fixed it. Two days later the same tire was flat so I filled the tire with air and a week later my tire blew while I was driving down Thompson Bridge Road! North Hall only plugs the tires and this is a temporary fix. I took my car to Harrison Tire and they took great care of me! They took all my information, which North Hall never once even asked my name. So they dont even have a record of my coming. If something would have happened to the car or to a passenger because of the tire they could claim they have absolutely NO responsibility. Eventhough I spent two almost three hours there on a Saturday! I was told that plugging a tire should only be done until you can get to a tire place which I thought I was doing! This business is playing with peoples lives. And to top it off they scratched up three of my AMG rims to boot. Customer beware!

Never will I use this place again. A simple tire alignment was all I needed. Now I am going to have to get it done again somewhere else. See that others had the same problems there too. Wish I would not have paid the bill in cash.

This place cranks out some service. Both visits I have watched their lot fill with customers, and their employees get them back on the road in no time. First visit here, I needed to have a rounded off lug removed. Was a little skeptical if they would be able to do it. They had absolutely no problem getting it off. Second visit was to have tires balanced and a alignment done. Same deal, in and out. Was a small wait. It was expected thoigh. Although its a slight drive to this place, I will definitely continue to bring my business here.

North Hall Tire is one of the few places where I trust the mechanics. They are always honest, fair and their prices typically beat all the others. They are also very good about working me in when I have a problem. You might have to wait a bit, but hey, good mechanics are in high demand!

Ive been going here since 2007. My truck broke down in front of their shop. This was one of the best things to happen to me. They fixed my truck up quick and very reasonable. The service and quality of work is the best around. Theyll treat your vehicle like its their own and price the work needed more than fare. I say the work needed because they wont tell you this, that and those need replaced unless its actually needed. Their tire and wheel prices are unbeatable too! I trust them with all my family members vehicles. Every visit Ive experienced unmatched service and the best customer service by all the staff. After a little miscomunication they still managed to hookup my rv with new tires in less than 2 hrs. And very reasonable prices. Id give 10 stars if I could!

Went to 3 tire shops Saturday morning to get 4 ATV tires mounted. Nobody wanted to mess with it and these guys had em done in about 40 minutes and they were busy. They wouldn’t let me help unload or load them out of my truck. They immediately had 3 guys gettin it done. The best customer service I’ve seen in years. I’m not even from Gainesville, I live in Forsyth county but I’ll definitely make the drive to give these guys my tire business.

I stopped by Disount tire on my way home. I had one tire low and light on. I supposedly had a tire not servicable one at 2/32, 3/32, 4/32, 5/32. At least two needed replaced and it was really a good time to do all four.Then I went to the place I buy tires. It took discount longer to start talking to me than it did for North Hall Tire to fix the nail in my tire at no cost. I suppose that is better than the $519 Discount tire in Gainesville wanted to charge me. I will give you one guess where I will buy my tires next time:)

I was very pleased with my experience! I was able to email back and forth with the owner about tire quotes and which brand I would like best. When my husband took my car up there on a Saturday he said they were slammed but they were finished in under an hour! My husband forgot to get the info to send in for a rebate on the tires so I again emailed the owner and he responded with the information I needed. Their prices were also the best around and I checked a lot of places. I will be returning with future business!

Their entire team (Kyle especially) went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue with my van before ultimately referring me to a specialist. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
