Yes, at first it may seem like it is in the middle of nowhere... but Ive had nothing but great experiences. Theyve always had my car ready within the same/next day, and have ALWAYS fixed the issue at hand. I feel like the prices are fair, and they have never tried to say something was wrong just to get extra money out of me. Also, as a young woman, Ive had many places in Gainesville who have tried to overcharge me in hopes that I would not know better. R&N IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES! I always get treated with respect.
Took my van there, after van overheated on I75 going back home to KY. First they told me it was my transmission, then my rear engine seal, next they told me I would be okay to drive home with transmission service fluid and filter change. Well I made it close to home 55 miles away. 2:30am stranded on the highway with 3 little kids engine smoking. Got my van towed to a real auto repair shop and I have a hole in my radiator, 2 blown head gaskets, o2 sensor has gone bad as well. So now they have took the $163.56 from now t will cost me $3000 to fix.Bunch of crooks I tell you, I even asked Nick before we got into my van if it was a cooling issue and he reassured me and my 3 children would be safe. HE WAS WRONG!
