Too bad you cant leave 10 stars. Totally professional, honest, reputable, performed outstanding service, had great quality parts and tires. Mr. Crawford also did a once over of the entire vehicle before our trip, which allowed us to travel with confidence that no break downs would occur. Mr. Crawford under promised and over performed. My first time working with the business and wont be my last. Be aware that because the business is so busy, you might have to wait a bit longer to get your vehicle back. Mr. Crawford informs you of this when you request service, but totally worth the wait to know that you are receiving OUTSTANDING service.

This is a VERY FAIR AND HONEST automotive shop. I was a mechanic for 47 years. This shop is a hard find for people who want honesty over CHEAP. I started dealing with Chris over two years ago. He has quality ASE Certified Technicians. This is the kind of shop that you need when looking for honesty and a fair price.

Saw Cris Crawfords great reviews on Google so took a chance. Went down there to get a brake job. Cris found I didnt need brakes yet. I tried to give him a diag fee but since he didnt do any work he refused! So I tipped the technician, that made me feel better about the time and effort they took in diagnosing my vehicles brakes. He seems honest and friendly, even gave me some tips on 4 wheeling! Next time your there ask him for the advice! I will have my trucks timing belt replaced there when ready.

Lots of the reviews talk about honesty, Ill back that up 100%, they treated me with respect and gave the best quotes around for the tires I needed. They spent a good two hours checking the brakes on my RV and didnt charge a penny. As it turned out the fluid was a little low in my brake Reservoir. Whenever Im in town and I need service this is the place I will be going to. Great job Chris, keep up the good work!!

Chad and his team are fantastic! I wish I could give more than 5stars. We drove in to their shop on our way from Michigan to Tarpon Springs to see if they could help us out. They took a look right away, were pulling the old part off while someone else was calling for a new part. We were back on the road in a couple of hours. Fair pricing, did not take advantage of us being stranded on a road trip. Friendly, honest and caring. If we lived closer, we would go back for all our car service. They made a potential Spring Break disaster an adventure. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Cant add anything to the five-star reviews already posted (though Id like to toss an extra star on top of the max rating). Top-quality work, more than fair prices, excellent treatment of the customer, simply couldnt ask for more. Just sorry far too many other businesses in Gainesville dont come up to their standards, theyre an example all of them should emulate.

So they fixed my brakes in only a day and a half, but when I went in, one of the mechanics was pretty sexist. I went in and while discussing paperwork with the guy at the front, a mechanic walks out, and points to me and says Its her fault the brakes are ruined, its always the womens fault. and walked away. I do most of the work on my car and would have replaced the rear brakes myself if we hadnt been taking a 500 mile trip the next day. So although the other mechanic was nice, I wont be coming back to this place because of that.

Quick and efficient service. Originally told me theyd have it done by the followingmorning, and I got a phone call a couple hours later with an update. I got to pick up the vehicle about an hour after that.

Talk about amazing customer service! I stopped by Clydes Tire & Brake​ because my low tire pressure light was on. They checked the tire pressure and hooked it up to one of their machines but were unable to get the light off. I went home disappointed and then got a phone call from the technician telling me they had just found a YouTube video on how to get the light off in 3 easy steps. She emailed me the video and now my light is off. Really nice they went out of their way to make sure I got the problem resolved and didnt even charge me a dime!

Great Service. Locally owned and good people. Very comfortable sitting area and not too busy side of gainesville although the shop itself can get busy. Make sure you call ahead to ask them what the wait is.
