Had $2,000 left on my car and I missed 2 payments and they came and took it knowing that I was almost done paying it. I tried to pay later on that afternoon and the rude woman on the phone told me the tow truck was already on the way and hung up in my face.

My daughter in law took her car in to be looked at they took the cover off and didn’t put it back. She called several times to get the cover ( not even to get it put back on just the part that went on her car) she couldn’t get anyone to call her back when they said they would. When she called the last time they cussed her and hung up on her. She tried to complain about the service to the manager who said she wasn’t going to listen to foul language ( when explaining what THEIR service person said to her) and hung up on her. Absolutely rude and hateful family in a “family owned” business. My daughter in-law still does not have the part they took from her car!

I have poor credit but was able to get a very good used vehicle from Matts. The down payment was not killer and the entire process of buying the vehicle was easy and fast through their no scam buy here pay here option. Their vehicles come with a responsible warranty. Payments are reasonable as well. They helped me and my wife get back on the road as we now have two vehicles through them. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

The process of purchasing/financing a vehicle was made super easy and a smooth; which i was extremely grateful for as I was having trouble being approved at traditional car lots. I was also having an issue purchasing decently priced full coverage ins. and they gave me contact information with an ins adjuster that they frequently work with, who was very helpful. Most of the vehicles i checked out were in decent condition for the prices they were set at. I ended up leaving with a wonderful 2007 Toyota Camry that i love!! All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was nice. Everything went smooth, fast and efficient and Im a pleased customer in the end.

I bought a 2005 Cadillac ext pu . Found out 6 months later it was a salvaged title. 10,000$ Screwed out of...cant trade or sale... WONT EVER GO BACK TO THEM.
