I have no complaints about the service that I received. When I had questions they gave me clear and knowledgeable answers/information. They were very courteous and professional. My documentation was sent promptly and in a clear format for my record keeping purposes. Im a satisfied customer.

When my rates were raised this year there was no explanation no advance notice. Today I was in an accident that was not my fault I called the office they told me to call the one 800 number which I did after going through several menus it said I would be helped in one minute after about five minutes it came on and said leave a message so I am not happy with Allstate and probably will not renew again I have my carMy home in an umbrella Pauline king

I can only rate as to the service Ive experienced through the offices, which have been very good. Since Ive been fortunate not to have to file a claim, I can only give 4 stars. I have nothing to base any response to claims. If and when that happens, the rating will probably go up.

The local office is fine. The corporate website experiences are far from pleasurable. This page for instance. You had to send me an email requesting that I finish my response to your survey. I didn’t finish because there didn’t appear to be anyplace to enter text with my opinions. Just normal text indicating your desire for me to do so. There was no apparent place or link to do so. I stumbled across the place I’m writing this only because I clicked on it wondering if that was proper. There was no obvious place or reason to click on it. Normally it’s in a different color or there’s an obvious line or box suggesting “this is where you enter your response”.Many of your pages with links telling me I need to do something or there is important information I need to see don’t accomplish their task. They don’t take me to where I expect to go based on what the link said.Why can’t I send you one payment for all policies. They all come due on the same day? Or should. I enrolled in the same day. You make it much more work than it needs to be.Sometime when you have nothing to do, send your email/paperless communications to a non-employee and see how well they do.

Trey is the best insurance agent I have had to date. He is extremely responsive and transparent. He walked me through all options regarding my claim making me feel very comfortable with how to move forward with my adjustment. I have been with State Farm for 39 years and never had to file a claim. One of my friends had mentioned to me how happy he was with Allstate after filing a major claim . His house was completely destroyed by a huge tree that fell on it during a severe thunderstorm last year.So I asked for a quote and to my surprise they were substantially lower than State Farm with better coverages.In addition their mobile app makes it so easy to see your policies and account status.I would recommend Matts office to anyone looking for a fair price and great service.

The team/staff is great--I would have given 5 stars for the service but I eventually left them for another company due to my homeowners insurance dramatically increasing despite no claims. I was told it was due to economic drivers (materials being more expensive) but the new company was only $25 higher than what I was originally paying.Again, Matt Pruitt and his team were very nice and very responsive but, unfortunately, I had to work within my budget.

I called and spoke to Erica and she put together a policy that did not fit at first due to the monthly price. After a few tweeks to the policy I was overjoyed with the outcome. Erica is knowledgeable and has a bubbly personality which was fabulous. 1,2,3 process.

Need help finding ways to save money on policy

Have completed my first year with Matt Pruitt Allstate. Transition between companies was smooth and staff at Allstate pointed me to all the discounts. Made good use of Drivewise ...... it actually resulted in some savings this year! No claims so its been smooth sailing so far.....

If I could give Matt Pruitts Allstate agency a zero I would; and this is why:A young divorced mother of 2 is in the process of buying her first home. As a part of that process, she needed to get a home owners policy. She decided to call the agency who, at the time, had her car insurance policy; Hurst Heinen who worked for Matt. Yes this Hurst to tell..... Being her first time buying a homeowners policy, she asked for a reasonably priced policy that would cover the home, if something bad happened. She then turns her attentions to preparing for the closing on her 178K home, and we all know the hoops for that...the closing date comes, Matts office electronically sends over the required declaration pages with the coverage summary and yearly 1300.00 cost for a 1734 square foot home and with volume of documents to sign she doesnt read the back pages..but Matts office has her back; Shes in good hands...right? She is given the keys to her new home and the details of her home owners insurance policy is not on her mind.....and all is well.....right up and until something bad happens.. her basement is badly flooded due to a bad water heater blowing during the workday hours....She thinks okay I am covered to get this cleaned up....file a claim..and all will be good.. until the claims adjuster tells her the policy deductible is written in a way that even the Allstate claims adjuster has never heard of or seen before for a 178K home.... and the adjuster APOLOGIZES before delivering the news. The deductible is ... 5-10% of the value of the dwelling; which translates to a 11,000 to 22,000 deductible. She breaks down..how can that be?? I cant afford that?? the tears come... the dis-believe..this cant be...BUT yes it is true..... Matts office served up this policy to a first time homeowner folks..and yes was she naive in thinking Matt Pruitt had her back and yes she should have read the policy details, yes..but he wasnt a trusted insurance adviser to her and she wasnt in good hands..absolutely not..his office wrote a policy that benefited his agency. his office never verbally stated or emailed or texted what the deductibles would be..he couldnt find any communication other than the email to the closing law offices where she signed-off on the policy.....Do you really think a 30 year old single mother who has no experience in buying home owners insurance would ask for this type of deductible that she couldnt afford to pay? His office wrote a policy that profited his agency; that is the bottom line. This is what his office did to my daughter. Who was trying to do this on her own. This could have been your daughter. He has caused extreme hardship and stress to a young family. Buyer beware and young first time home owners dont be too proud to ask for help because there are agency, like this one, that will put profit before doing the right thing for you.below is the picture of the back page..double sided print

After having my home and autos insured with State Farm over 13 years I found the rates going up every year. So I started the search. It ended with Allstate. I am so pleased with the hard work and willingness to help me. My agent was not shy of his job like you find so much in most customer service people these days. Im not saying there might be lower costs somewhere else as after several different sites, I stopped looking. They saved me money and listened to my insrance woes, and fixed them. I think Ill give them 13 years too.
