The customer service I received was excellent. All my questions were answered and Ashley was able to find me a policy for my husbands business within a few days. I had previously tried other agencies and had a hard time reaching anyone for follow up. Ashley made sure to update my by phone and e-mail each step of the way. An added bonus was Stephanie who answered the phone, she is super sweet and helped navigate me to the appropriate person.

Ashley was able to give me a fair priced policy basicly on the same day.

I tried to get a policy with them for 2 months. They would give me a quote, and I would accept, then they would never call me back, never answer an email, and the person I worked with was always talking with the boss when I called. This place is frustrating and unprofessional. I even left a message with the manager, and, still, no call back of any kind. Youll spend time waiting for them, and theyll just ghost you.

I am not the biggest fan of my actual insurance but I have to say that everyone here has made it so much easier and less stressful. Every time Ive called, I hardly do a thing and theyve taken care of me. My license was close to suspension due to a bank issue and they even reported my policy as renewed and fixed without me doing anything but pulling out my card. Took a total of 9 mins, all over the phone. The times Ive gone by have been the same. Very odd location but welcoming and helpful people!

This has been my agency for my personal auto and home policies for the past several years.They deserve zero stars and I am going to be firing them as my agent. Ive been trying to get quotes for a commercial policy for the past month and despite Heather assuring me she would call me back same day, she did not. I have called and left multiple messages for her (shes on the phone ... shes out to lunch, etc.) and have yet to hear a word, despite my efforts to convey the urgency of my need. They either dont care about their customers, or they are seriously inept. Either way, its unacceptable and I cant trust them with my insurance needs and no one else should either.

Been a customer for who knows how long when I needed them the most on questions about my policy couldnt get anyone on the phone that worked with this policy(told I need to talk to this person) for weeks left messages for a call back....cost me $300
