My experience with Erikas office has set the example of what an agent should be. I have never with any insurance company had an agent that has this level of customer service. I have recently purchased life insurance policy. She explained everything so well explained all of the options etc. There were so many products I didnt know Statefarm had to offer that she let me know about that benefits my family. We have a nonprofit organization and I reached out to State Farm to see if they would like to help us provide meals to families in need in Gwinnett county, they wasted no time making sure we had turkeys for families for Thanksgiving in the midst of this pandemic.A week later, we began experiencing problems with Allstate Insurance and I told my husband that as long as I could remember, my dad ALWAYS did business with State Farm and I think it was time for us to change.
