I would like to rate herold a 5 star very professional the best insurance for my home and Vehicles

Tried to get a quote on how much the insurance would be for my car and the ladies up front were very rude they said they couldn’t give me a quote if I didn’t already have insurance with them (makes no sense) so my husband cancelled and move all cars and house from there and we went with another insurance and they America Family Insurance still charged us even if we no longer had business with them. Hate that place poor service especially when it’s a female!
