I had a big problem with my old central AC unit that needed immediate attention. So I decided to call Jarvis Heat & Air. Rob SR. came out and got me going in little time. In conversation with Rob, he talked to me about mini split air conditioning for my smaller ranch house as I was just in the process of remodeling the home and I wanted to upgrade my AC unit. After a little research I decided to go forward with Rob’s suggestion and it was the best decision I made. Rob discussed with me the efficiency of the ductless mini split units versus the standard central air units and I am still amazed at the amount of saving we have realized! Since that time some 3 years ago already we have had flawless performance and awesome install and maintenance from Rob JR! He is incredibly polite, professional, thorough, and punctual. My wife and I are so glad we hired Jarvis!

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because we definitely would! Our A/C stopped working on Sunday afternoon. I called Jarvis Heating and Air on Monday morning and was told they would send out someone between 2-3pm. At 2, Terri from the office called to let me know the technicians ETA was about 10 minutes. Robby diagnosed the problem quickly, and while it wasnt good news, he was honest and told me what he would do if he was in our shoes. It was unfortunately time for a new unit, but the price he gave us was much better than we anticipated. They also offer financing and he handled all of that for us very quickly and easily. Today is Tuesday and our brand new unit was just installed by Robby and Drew. Once again, the guys were here at the exact time they promised. They got right to work; they were friendly and cleaned up after themselves; and the installation took less time than we thought it would. In addition to the new unit they also added another vent in our living room. I saw Drew up on a ladder, cutting into our ceiling, holding a box underneath the cut to catch any debris that would have fallen on the floor. Robby came back inside one last time to make sure the job was complete and everything was done. I just cant say enough about how professional these guys are. Weve contacted repairmen for various things and half the time theyre either late or they never bother calling back. It was SO NICE to work with folks who truly value your business, work hard, believe in doing their best, and are kind to boot. Im so thankful for Jarvis Heating and Air. Well never use anyone else!

Update: after replacing a capacitor in my ac unit 60 days ago, the capacitor quit working and my ac went down. After hours, Rob Jarvis came out and replaced the capacitor under warranty. Greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with a switch that caused my system to not perform in the middle of the night. I called their office first thing in the morning, and they had someone out to my house by 2:00 that afternoon. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it within an hour and I was cool again in a few minutes. Prompt and competent service--hard to find. I highly recommend them.

When we needed our entire HVAC system replaced, Jarvis quoted us $2k under the LOW END quote of their competitors. Rob was able to answer all of my questions and was honest about not up-selling us on things he didnt think we would need. On installation day, the office communicated clearly about arrival time, the crew worked diligently all day and cleaned up after themselves. I plan on continuing to use Jarvis for our HVAC maintenance and service needs.

One of our central A/Cs stopped putting out cold air. The compressor outside was not running. We called and Rob scheduled a time to come out for the next day. He came out and found some thingie in the outside unit that needed replacement. Took about an hour and a half. He probably would have been done in a half hour, but he had to sit around for an hour waiting for the rain to stop LOL. Nice guy. Charged a whopping $175
