I have been a patient here for over 6 years. In the past Ive had traumatic experiences with dentists. Here, there is a high level of professionalism and I feel confident that I am in honest and skilled hands. Dr. Chou is kind and straight forward. Hes honest. He gives me choices and explains everything. Tammi is the best hygienist Ive ever been to. She takes a lot of pride in her work and her education. Myrna at the front desk is wonderful. Its not easy to find a really good dentist you can trust, but this office is all that! I originally tried them based on their positive reviews and the reviews are true!

Jade is my hygenist now and I like her very much. She is thorough and patient and very friendly. I love Dr. Chous staff a lot and find the office very professional and comfortable. Myrna and Noriko greet everyone and have helped me a lot over the years with anything I need in the front office. Kathy is Dr. Chous dental assistant and she is very sharp and friendly as well. I know that I receive personal attention and excellent dental care with Dr. Chou. I am very grateful to have this office as my dental office.

The office and the procedure rooms are professionally and sparkling clean. Their recent new check-in process because of COVID-19 was efficient and at the same time thorough!

I love Dr. Chou and his staff. They are always so friendly and professional. I went to Dr. Chou for teeth whitening in college and he fixed something that was bothering me for years! I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past, and was so thankful to finally have a dentist who knew what he was doing. That was over 10 years ago and I’m still going to Dr. Chou. I refer everyone to him. My mom moved across the country and still flew to California to have work done by him. Your teeth are important, so having a great dentist is very important. I appreciate that Dr. Chou isn’t quick to say something is wrong and needs to be fixed. Instead, he’ll share his observations and then say we’ll monitor it. He really cares about the health of your mouth, and doesn’t just make up stuff to make money. He is truly the best dentist!

Ive had many issues with my teeth for a long time. I have tried several dentists, and Dr. Chou is by far THE best. He is the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Chou really took the time to listen to my concerns, did a thorough evalution, and then came up with a written treatment plan that provided a breakdown of what would be done each visit. I loved this! I had been procrastinating for so long to take care of some dental issues, and really thought it was beyond repair, but he was a pro at making me feel at ease. I had my last appointment yesterday and am thrilled. He fixed all my problems, and my teeth look and feel fantastic!! 😃 I highly recommend him and will actually look forward to going back for my cleaning. ☺
